A steep winding gravel road takes you to breathtaking heights with exquisite views over Waitomo Valley. You will find your own private 30sqm tiny home that is well appointed with a full kitchen. There is a deck to relax and enjoy the stunning views. The resident Highland cattle, chickens, dogs and cats are friendly and add to the experience. The property is fully off grid with solar power & fresh rainwater.

Under 7km to Waitomo Caves, Blackwater Rafting and Otorohanga township the property is well located for your convenience. Close to amenities but secluded and peaceful.
