The front desk manager was extremely rude. We had an incident with our parking garage access - that was 100% her fault. She finally admitted that she purposely disabled the key. But still did not apologize until I demanded that she did - which was pointless by that time. Has left a dark cloud over our stay.

The hotel is located in a quiet area of Osoyoos. The staff were very helpful and addressed a concern we had about noise below our room very quickly and found us another room that was more quiet. The new room we were given was fine but we did hear noise from the room located above ours (loud pounding footsteps).

The on-site restaurant food was amazing and incredibly delicious. I would eat at their restaurant every time I visit Osoyoos. The only downside was the sheets. They were very stiff and starchy to the point where I could not sleep on them. I had to use the robes on the bed and as a cover to sleep. The bed itself was very comfortable. And the staff were very receptive to the issue with the sheets. But i had to purchase to fleece blankets at a local store to sleep.

The property itself is in good shape. We checked online to see if the restaurant would be open when we would arrive. It said loses Tues/Wed so we stopped elsewhere. When we arrived it was open. WT? The lady at check in said oh ya that changed April first but the haven’t updated it yet. It’s April 17. The noise transfer between rooms, above and beside is quite poor and the noise every time the garage door opened. No empathy’s when shared at checkout.

the sheet had to be replaced as it was dirty and was replaced with a stained one. The couch had ripped ribbing and the coffee table was so chipped up. Worst part was we went to the restaurant at 7pm to have dinner an hour prior to closing and was told sorry we are closed...really not a way to be running a resort. Wont
