Staff wasn’t very friendly especially housekeeping. Angry they couldn’t clean room at very early part of day. Room on 9th floor. Room very stuffy and hot (no A/C). They use halogen lighting so bulbs give off horrible heat. I had to open window for air but street noise was horrible.

Beautiful hotel! The rooms bery comfortable! Yje reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffets were wonderful. I would definitely stay there again.
