Great Location

We had a great time. The only downside of the property was not having an outdoor deck on the main level. But everything else about the property met our expectations. This was a nice quiet cove that our kids loved swimming in.

Wonderful Lake Vacation

This property was perfect for our family getaway. It was clean, in a great location on a quiet cove just off the main channel and across from Margaritaville. Boat rental right at the end of the cove also. The teens loved the kayaks and diving platform. Would return again next week if we could!

This place was excellent well maintained and exactly what we needed and were looking for. We will definitely be trying to book this property again this year and next year. We have stayed all over the lake and this is in our top 3 for sure. Property manager company was great to work with super friendly and quick responses. Do not hesitate to stay here. Dock was nice and handled our boat well.

Amazing House on the Lake

Honestly, no complaints here. House was beautiful, clean, and just as described. The outside areas were so much fun. We spent majority of our 4 days out there enjoying the patios, tiki bar, and dock area. I would most definitely try to book here again in the future!

Great House; Great Location

This was the perfect property for our family! Surdyke is at the end of the cove which was great for boat and jet ski rentals and Margaritaville was across the cove. The house was clean, modern and well-provisioned. The layout was perfect for multiple families with plenty of seating and table space. The jetty bar on the lower deck was a great feature. The dock is large with the perfect mix of sun and shade. Communication with the property manager could not have been better. We loved it so much, we are going back again next year. We've never found a place we've liked well enough to book twice, until now!!!

Wonderful location and property

A stay at this home means you just need to pack your clothes, toiletries and pick up some groceries and you are all set! This house had the best setup of nearly any rental I’ve stayed in. There was pretty much every kitchen appliance you need, plenty of dishes, pots/pans, silverware and utensils. There were spices and condiments in the fridge for our use as well. The pool table was very popular. We enjoyed the enclosed porch for several games. We did not see the 3rd deck until coming back up from the dock, Being we were here over Thanksgiving and it was cool we did not use the decks or grill, but in warmer weather they would be great. We were supposed to have 8 people but due to the COVID situation, ended up with just 4 staying at the house. Even with 8 there would have been plenty of room for all of us. We had 5 join us for Thanksgiving dinner and there was still plenty of room so we weren’t on top of each other. The location was perfect! Quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Those in the other king beds seemed to be comfortable as well. It was a nice surprise to find a half bath in one of the bedrooms on the lower level.

Beautiful home

We rented this home for 10 nights and it was perfect! The owners were available any time we needed something and truly the nicest people. We would love to come back in the summer when we could use the dock more!

Family oriented location, beautiful,you will probanly love it..not for our group. Our group was a tad uncomfortable with the family/group next door watching our every move. Everyone was uncomfortable with that next unfortunately.

Great property!

I have rented this house 4 years in a row and have already booked #5. The property is wonderful. The house is very comfortable and well stocked. The dock is a great place to hang out with space both in the sun and shade. My kids have so much fun with the jump platform. I would have to guess that Chuck and Tracy would be very responsive to problems but I cannot say for sure. I have not had a single issue in any of my 4 weeklong stays. The owners do a great job of maintaining the property. I highly recommend renting this house.

Fantastic Weekend Getaway

We couldn't have asked for a better property for our weekend getaway! Our family of 6 adults and 2 kids stayed for two nights to celebrate my In-Laws' 40th anniversary, and the house had every amenity necessary for a relaxing weekend. The bedrooms were spacious, very well-appointed, and slept great! The 2 decks, sunroom, and dock were the highlights for our group, until the rain forced us back inside. Then, the 2 living areas made for great entertaining space for our two young daughters and their grandparents alike! The owners were incredible to work with, and very quick to respond to all inquiries. I highly recommend this property to any family looking for a great lakeside getaway! We will be back every year I hope!
