Great house for a house full of people!

Great location, spacious, and very clean. Game room was great, pool table and outdoor games. The front porch was wonderful. Although not first tier the water view was nice, just a walk to the dock. Great parking. Comfortable sofas with warm throws were very nice, cute decor. Some improvements would add to the experience such as:1. Hairdryer in each bathroom2. Replace thin and worn out towels/sheets3. Add to kitchen spices, need more than s&p and a few others4.Add to wine glass collection, need more than 25. Baths lacked travel size body soaps, shampoo, and conditioners6.Toilet paper-3rolls per bath would be helpful7. Fix latch on hall bathroom door

Our host was very helpful. House was open & large for our group of 12. It has a few cosmetic rough spots. Biggest issue- trundle beds! You could feel the slats thru the mattresses. We found foam wedge furniture in the back closet the second night so we improvised with that.

We enjoyed our stay, the property is private & lovely! The communication was fantastic. Answered all of our questions promptly & professionally. Stocked with some basic necessities like paper plates, utensils, napkins, coffee. For the cons, which can be easily accomplished; the cleanliness of the inside kitchen cabinets, dishes, & base of the toilets/tub were visibly uncleaned. I would presume those to be clean, when paying a cleaning fee. Lastly, would just recommend a simple upgrade for some pots/pans/utensils. The ones available are bent up, melted & not easily functional if you plan on cooking.

Great Quiet Location

Property sits just off the lake front with great access to dock. Entire cove is no wake which makes swimming off the dock great. Pool table room and sunroom are great for hanging out with family and friends

Summer Weekend Trip

We were a bunch of college students from St. Louis making a weekend trip here and I have to say, the place was amazing. It had a game room with speakers, a pool table, and cornhole which entertained us. Also, the place was extremely clean and spacious even with so many people. Sonny was helpful and very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

My friends and I really enjoyed this house and what it had to offer. Good location to get to franky and louies and also paradise. Captain Ron’s was also a good spot to get food and drinks and is right across the street. Sonny was super helpful and I definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a getaway! 10/10

Great location with plenty to do and lake access.

This was a great place to stay in a good location. It is within walking distance to Captain Ron's that has a swimming beach, sand volleyball, live music and play area for kids. Small details were thought of for the guests. The kitchen had everything we need for preparing our meals. The rear patio has a nice firepit for making Smores. The screened-in porch has ample seating for hanging out. We had plenty of room for our 9 guests. It has a great selection of in home activities for making memories with your family and friends such as a pool table, cornhole, board games and cards. The boat dock was very useful for making pit stops throughout our day on the lake.
