Lazy Duck Vılla - A large property where comfort and relaxatıon are our aıms. Your enjoyment ıs assured as thoughtful touches dıstınguısh thıs Vılla. The property is located in a quiet side road, very close to the river. Within minutes you have shops and restaurants and a genuine 10 minute stroll takes you into the very centre of town.

The villa is equipped to a very high standard and maintained to the same level, as you will see from the photographs.

The property has four large bedrooms with beds provided for 10 people, as follows:

Master bedroom (Sleeps 2)
Features a full Euro king size bed (160cm x 200cm.) Guests have ample space in the room which has a triple wardrobe and a large dressing table with mirror, plus extra large chest of drawers for clothing. Dual bedside cabinets with lamps and a bedside mini bar await your use. The patio doors lead out to a rear garden balcony, with a table and chairs for two. The room has a Large bath/shower en suite, incorporating a toilet, sink, bath , bath cabinet and electric shaver point.
The bedroom is fully air conditioned , additionally supplemented by a large powerful ceiling fan. Your comfort is assured , even on the hottest of nights !

Guest Bedroom 2 (Sleeps 4)
Located at the rear, alongside the master bedroom, this room features a full size (90x200) high quality bunk bed, 2 full size (90x200) single beds. Single wardrobe, chest of drawers and shelving unit with mirror. The room also has lamps and a portable blue-tooth speaker. Access to rear balcony, shared with master bedroom.
This bedroom is fully air conditioned, additionally supplemented by a powerful ceiling fan.

Guest Bedroom 3 (Sleeps 2)
Front of house, this room also features a euro king size bed, a double wardrobe and a dressing table with mirror. Dual bedside cabinets with lamps. Access to side balcony overlooking the mountains.
This bedroom is fully air conditioned, additionally supplemented by a powerful ceiling fan.

Downstairs bedroom (Sleeps 2)
Features a full Euro king size bed (160cm x 200cm.) Guests have ample space in the room which has 3 double wardrobes with ample storage, and a large dressing table with mirror. Together with a cupboard and drawer unit, this provides all the space you will need. Dual bedside cabinets with lamps complete the look.
The patio doors lead out to the terrace, which overlooks the pool.

The bedroom is fully air conditioned , additionally supplemented by a large powerful ceiling fan.

Family bathroom 1
First floor between guest bedrooms 2 and 3. The room features a large shower cabinet, sink, toilet and electric shaving point.

Family bathroom 2
Ground floor off of entrance hall, next to downstairs bedroom. Large shower cabinet, sink, toilet and electric shaving point.

The Kitchen and Lounge are spacious and well appointed, decorated with a modern touch. We like our comfort, and have ensured you will too.

The lounge consists of 2 large sofas and 2 armchairs. Coffee table and nest of tables alongside a large flat screen TV with DVD player and surround sound system. We have satellite TV featuring some English channels as well as local selection. You can expect English speaking news and documentaries. Also movie package with English films, and English On Demand selection of films. There is a selection of DVD's for your entertainment. As an alternative we have also provided some classic boardgames.

The kitchen. Should you wish to cater for yourself you will find all you need to cook, prepare and dine. There is a large fridge freezer, electric oven, 4 ring gas hob, washing machine, dishwasher, sink, microwave, 4 slice sandwich toaster, kettle, coffee machine, Turkish coffee maker, Turkish tea maker, juicer. Together with all pots and pans you would need. We have extensive crockery and cutlery, including plastic cups for safe poolside use. As well as the obligatory bottle openers (very important!!!).

The room is fully air conditioned with and has a large ceiling fan. In close proximity is a water machine, this provides both hot and cold water. Whilst the tap water is ok to drink it is not recommended for Europeans, and bottled water is a much better option.

Going outside on the ample terrace provides the opportunity for alfresco dining, with seating for 10. The terrace overlooks the 45m sq pool, which has an oval children's splash pool alongside. A classic Turkish garden “Kosk” awaits your use for relaxing out of the sun. There are 10 poolside sunloungers for you, with sunshades and tables. If you want to freshen up before or after your dip, there is a poolside shower. A purpose built garden BBQ area is available for your use. As well as the grill, there is a food preparation area together with BBQ utensils, these are found in the kitchen. The gardens and pool are maintained throughout your stay to ensure your pleasure and comfort. Both areas get lots of sun. We provide large beach towels for outside use, these are in addition to the house linen.

The Villa is the ideal base for exploring the wonderful surroundings of Dalyan, or being lazy and relaxing at the Villa. The choice is yours! This family friendly area has an abundance of wildlife and places to see. Typically a more relaxed pace than a resort town, still offers a fantastic night out. With a huge selection of restaurants and bars for you to choose from. Our particular favourites are at the top and bottom of the road, and that's not just because we enjoy being lazy!!
