Bright apartment facing the sea, in a privileged location in Oropesa del Mar: between the beaches of La Concha (5 m) and the coves (7 m). In front of the building there is also a pleasant and quiet Paseo Marítimo.



The 90 m2 apartment has the following spaces:



- Living room with panoramic views of Playa de la Concha.

- Fully equipped independent kitchen.

- Master bedroom with a 150x190 cm double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower.

- Second bedroom with two single beds of 90x190 cm.

- Third bedroom with two single beds of 90x190 cm.

- 1 main bathroom equipped with a practical shower.



It is delivered with bed linen, 1 hand and bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and welcome kitchen amenities (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 garbage bags, 1 washing machine soap, 2 dishwashing tablets, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, hand gel). Coffee capsules and 1 bottle of mineral water.

- Optional WiFi on request. Cost: €3/day + €50 refundable deposit.

- Check-in after 21:00 has a surcharge of EUR 30.

Quiet residential area with family atmosphere ideal for sun and sand holidays. May also enjoy the Oropesa-Benicassim green way, a pleasant walk watching the sea on foot or by bicycle. Within a radius of 100 meters has all necessary-amenities: restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc.



Getting around:

Bus stop (stop lines from major Spanish cities) and Taxi 100 meters away. Bike lane 50 meters that can communicate with nearby towns.
