Fabulous location

This was the perfect house in the perfect neighborhood for us. It's a nice walk or bike (with crosswalk) to Tom Renick Park for public tables, pavilion, shower, bathrooms, beach access (or drive there and pay 20 for all day in/out parking) Appreciated the beach chairs and boogie boards provided at the house. We also liked the covered sitting area in the front of the house. Home was comfortable and had everything we needed.
