Holiday villa located in Orgiva, province of Granada, Andalucia.

This holiday villa is the combination of two houses, which can accommodate up to 5 people each. Both houses are rented out together; in case a group of six people book the villa, both houses will be open. Likewise, in case only one house gets open (for a group of 5 people or less), the other will remain close, to ensure the privacy and the exclusive use of the outdoor area. If a group of 5 people wants to use both houses, they will have to pay the total amount of the combination.

The two houses have the same structure. They are provided with two bedrooms each (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), and one bathroom with shower each. Therefore, the whole accommodation relies on four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Moreover, you can add two extra single beds, so that a group of up to 10 people can enjoy their holidays here. The two houses are also equipped with a living area each, which comprises a comfortable dining-living room with a brick fireplace, and a completely equipped open kitchen. Warm/cool air-conditioning is provided in the four bedrooms.

The gorgeous outdoor area is completely fenced so that you won’t have to worry about your children and pet’s safety. The two houses share a perfectly-maintained garden and a spectacular private pool. Lush trees provide comfortable spots in the shadow, ensuring you’ll enjoy the outdoor area even during the warm summer. However, the cherry on the pie of the outdoor is the fabulous hot-water Jacuzzi that can welcome up to 8 people. Poolside sun loungers, an outdoor dining area and a barbeque complete the charming facilities of the villa.

Heating the water of the Jacuzzi has an extra cost (available on request) while bringing your pets (1 or 2) to the villa has an extra cleaning cost of €50.

The access to the house, which is provided with a private parking area, is made possible by a 1-km dirt track with curves and slopes, which are typical of the mountainous area where the house is located.
