Peace, quiet and tranquility
Exactly as was described in the overview on the site. Everything was ready when we got there and we found a nice surprise in the fridge from the owners. The property was everything that was listed, 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms 1 is on-suite and an open plan kitchen and sitting room all on the same level. The only thing that isn't listed on the site is that there is a washing machine in a utility room which is an added bonus. The pool was clean and big enough to swim in, it's approx 4-5 meters long and 2.5-3 meters wide, one thing to be careful about is it is quite deep at the deep end. There are 2 balconies one of which is accessed from the lounge and 2 of the bedrooms with a table and chairs and a 2 seater rattan sofa and 2 chairs with cushions and a table where you can see the sea view while relaxing outside. The other balcony is below the top one with sun loungers and then there is a patio area with table and chairs overlooking the swimming pool and also a roof terrace accessed by external stairs. Overall there are so many places to sit and relax here you're spoilt for choice. There are books and a big TV with internet access and a music system as well. The owner is a pleasure to deal with and couldn't have been more accommodating. This place for a quite relaxing holiday with the town of Orba 5 minutes by car and Denia about 25 minutes and even Benidorm is only about 35-40 minutes perfect for a day trip. Overall one of the nicest places we've stayed at. A
