Thumping music through the building until 12, nicotine smell smoke under the door from floor below. Wont be going back.

The rooms are good, check-in etc all fine. You are staying at a pub so you expect some noise on a Friday night but to have music start up in the beer garden literally blaring at 6.30am on the Saturday morning with speakers right outside your door for about 2hrs is just not acceptable.

Very clean and tidy staff are excellent. The only downfall was our room opened up onto a balcony above the outdoor area, which was a bit noisy.

I have stayed here on and off for the past 4 years. They used to supply a biscuit or breakfast bar and some juice but that stopped last year. Really disappointed with that but overall it is a great place to stay. Easy walk to main street in Orange. Clean and tidy property and great food in the restaurant. Can get quite loud until 10pm if you're staying outside on the balcony.

The room was excellent, very comfy bed, looked like the room had just been refurbished, beautiful ensuite. The only negative we have is the noise from the beer garden below, we understand its a pub so knew there would be lots of noise but we couldn't even hear the TV when we turned it on.
