The hotel would have gotten a better overall rating from me but they failed to help me resolve an issue that they caused. The hotel erroneously charged my room for a meal that I did not have. I tried calling and contacting them the past 4 days without anyone calling me back. Due to this, I cannot recommend the hotel. The room was mostly clean, but not thoroughly cleaned as I found hidden hair/dust under items that they didn't bother moving while cleaning (such as under the phone and items on the desk). The showerhead sucked (although they did not lack hot water) and the pillows had no support.

Overall, the stay was very good! The property is beautiful with great ammenities. The only disappointment was the shower. There was hair in it and on one of the towels. But I would stay at the Fera Anaheim hotel again. :)
