Four of us girls stayed here for a week and it was perfect! Enough beds for each to have their own. Plenty of kitchen and bathroom space. Great balcony. Easy access to the pool and the beach. Parking was easy, didn’t have to park in a garage. My first time at Orange Beach and it was much less crowded than PCB or Gulf Shores. Would stay here again!

Perfect little getaway!

Room was clean and comfortable. Location is perfect. Beaches were beautiful. Pool and hot tub was clean and so relaxing.

Review draft:Our condo was spotless — we especially loved the “Liquid Promise” of a freshly washed bedspread for every new guest! The furniture was clean and attractive, and the large balcony and convenient location were perfect. We also enjoyed the workout center. We’ll definitely be returning!

Mom and daughter weekend get away

Loved the location of condo to everything we enjoyed doing being just minutes away. The large balcony and view to beach and ocean was breathtaking. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location

Loved the location of the property. Property was clean. Only downside was the parking situation, you have to pay extra for parking. Would definitely recommend and will be staying here again!

Clean, spacious and great view. The location is within walking distance of many places and the extra amenities such as basketball and tennis were great for family time.

Great Experience

The property was everything we imagined and more. Clean, family friendly, great views and it felt like home. It was a place that we would stay at again and a place that we would recommend to our family and friends.

Cozy and Cheerful

My wife and I spent 3 weeks here. The balcony is large and very nice. My wife described the condo as cozy. She says it has an interior decorator touch. The bathrooms are dated, but this was not a deal breaker for us. The location is great. My wife wants us to stay here again next year.The furniture was nice and the chairs and couch are very comfortable.

I would have given this condo 5 stars, the place is amazing. It is as listed and huge! The balcony is fantastic with all the furniture and its size. The beds were comfortable and clean. I do think not enough towels are there, we had 7 people and not enough towels for everyone to shower without having to wash them. However my biggest concern was the morning of check out while standing in the kitchen a man who said he was sent by the owner to service the ac just opened the door and walked in. He was told no one would be there, should the owners not know they have guests??? Also is the code just being given out while guests are there??? Makes me wonder if anyone else entered the property while we weren’t in the room. Then at 920 the morning of check out which is 10, the door code was deactivated. Thank goodness we realized and my entire party hasn’t left the room to load things in the car, we wouldn’t have been able to reenter. I would have said before our last day that I would rent this condo again, but after the man just walking in with us there I would never rent this property again.

Beach Trip 2025

The property and overall location were great and absolutely as advertised! The rooms were spacious, and the view out to the ocean from the main bedroom bed was spectacular. We stayed up to watch the storms out at sea and it was the most beautiful light show. We had a large crowd (5 adults/1 almost adult) and were extremely comfortable in the space. It would be great for families with little kids too. The property was clean. The check in staff with the management company were great. They accommodated and earlier check-in and our group couldn't have been more grateful for that after driving all night. We'll definitely be back!

Our condo smelt like mildew and had stained carpet in the bedrooms. Every cabinet in the kitchen was full of dish ware so our groceries had to be kept on the counters. Aside from this the location was great, access to the unit was easier and convenient and the oversized balcony was a delight.

There were several issues that had to be called in for correction by maintenance. The TVs in each of the guest rooms did not work. We checked in on Saturday. They were replaced a couple of days later and one of them still we couldn’t get hooked up correctly to watch there were fans in the closets that did not work, the hot tub did not work for the entire stay the lights in both bathrooms were an issue maintenance came and replaced bulbs and one of the lights in the master bath continued to be very dim, even though the bulb was replaced making it difficult to see when getting ready in the bathroom. The hot water ran out quickly maintenance came and turned it up made it a little bit better but still ran out even though we spaced out our showers property management said they would get with the owner about a partial refund never heard back so I responded to an email when I got home. It’s been a week now still haven’t heard anything.
