The host were gracious allowing open communication before, during and after our stay. The condo was clean, well stocked with all the amenities you would need from home. The views from the balcony were breath taking. Great quiet location close to restaurants and markets. Highly recommended staying here!

Summer family vacation

Our family, including grandparents, had the best stay here at this amazing condo. It was the perfect location from everything from the beach to souvenir shops! We had the best stay and Ella and Gio were amazing hosts! They kept in touch through the stay to make sure everything was perfect for our family. Will definitely be visiting again!

Great Location and property!!

I really enjoyed staying at this property. The location is great and the new pool was beautiful and really enjoyed by all. The beach was easy accessible as well as numerous stores a short walk across the street. Thanks again to Ella and Gio who were very attentive to all questions before and during our stay. Would definitely stay at this property again .

So much fun

Very cute and clean property! Had everything we needed! My boys Enjoyed both pools while we were there as well! We stay at the Enclave each year when we are down for Cheer competition and this has been the best property yet!!

Family Vacation 2023

Very nice property with a great location. We enjoyed the convenience of the beach and the beautiful white sand. The owners were very helpful if we had questions which was a plus. This was our first time at Orange beach and we would use this property again when we return. It was a perfect place for our family vacation! Would highly recommend!

Family Vacay

We loved the location to restaurants and the beach. The beach-entry pool was spectacular for our young children. Condo had everything that we needed in the kitchen. Only complaints were that it was not cleaned well, and the sheets would not stay on the king beds. Overall, it was a good stay.

Great Get Away

This Louisiana family had a great week!! Our party of 9 enjoyed a comfy stay in The Ocean Pearl! Spacious, beautiful, clean, comfortable. All the amenities of home. Centrally located, minutes away from many local establishments. Hosts were very accommodating, and answered emails in a speedy manner. We would definitely stay here again in the future! We highly recommend!

Room with a view

Great location on 2nd floor and a nice view of the sugar white beach and turquoise water. Also have an angle view of the pool. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. Rooms were nice and clean as described. Only suggestion would be to update the available beach chairs as some are rusty. Enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Location

Condo was the perfect size for 3 adults and 2 teens. We loved the location and that we could walk everywhere. Our cars didn't move once the entire trip! Second floor was great because the view was still perfect and we could skip the elevators and take the stairs. We had one maintenance issue and it was handled so quickly - we were pleasantly surprised. Great communication and experience all around!

The unit was wonderful. The owners were wonderful! The parking was horrible. This building does not have enough parking for the number of units there are. The overflow parking not so bad for week days M-Thur. but weekend overflow is miles away. You have to uber back to condo and then uber to your car. And it costs to park as well. Adding insult to injury.

Condo was great but pool was closed our entire stay

The condo was very nice comfortable and well stocked kitchen. The biggest disappointment was the outdoor pool was closed our entire stay. They kept telling us it would be open and it didn’t the entire time we were there. There was an indoor pool but we had no interest being inside in the summer.

Highly recommend

Absolutely loved The Ocean Pearl at the Enclave. Great location, perfect size, comfortable, affordable, the owners are great and responded to all my messages and accommodated all out needs. The location was perfect because you're on the beach and within walking distance to plenty of stores and restaurants you may want to go to. There is overflow parking across the street that's pay parking but there is also a free parking lot that they don't tell you about located in the parking lot to the right/east of Cactus Cantina. DO NOT PARK IN A TOW ZONE because you will get towed.

Family Beach Trip

We had a great time at this property right on the beach. Everything was perfect and so close to grocery stores, ice cream, and several local restaurants. Very roomy and all the amenities we needed. Glo and Ellen got right back to us with any inquiries we had very quickly too. I do need to mention that although you are given 2 parking passes for the property, you are not guaranteed a spot. This is problematic for handicap or elderly and did costs us $50+ a night for alternative parking. It was a holiday weekend and we had no problems the next night. We will definitely be back!!!

Will not stay at this property again.

We did not have our 2 guaranteed parking spots. The closet with the lawn chairs and beach toys was a nightmare. One of the bedrooms did not have a remote for the TV. The outside of the building was not very clean. The pool was nice, and the beach was to.

Nice condo with easy access to the beach!

Ella and Gio have a nice condo on the second floor with easy access to the beach. The pictures are accurate - the condo has been well maintained. The only issue was the parking which Ella and Gio mentioned. Similar to other guests, we had to pay for parking at the Fairfield hotel which is a 5-10 minute walk to the condo and certainly not convenient for anyone who cannot walk a long distance. I recommend going to dinner early to make sure you have a spot when you come back - at least when it’s busy. Outside of that, it was exactly as expected!

Paradise

This condo was amazing! Cleanliness, location, amenities were fabulous! The view of the beach from the balcony was perfect. It is located right on the beach so when we weren’t on the beach, we spent most of our time on the balcony listening to the waves and watching all of the dolphins play in the gulf. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, although we did not cook while we were there. There is also an ice maker at the wet bar. We were able to use the ice for our cooler we took down to the beach. First time ever having an ice maker in the condo! Super convenient! The location was perfect. Close to everything. Only a mile away from Coastal (it was also amazing)I could go on and on about how wonderful this place was. The Owners were great to work with and very responsive. Don’t miss out on this gem! Definitely planning to stay here again!
