My niece and I stayed here for the duration of the Sand in my Boots festival 2025 and were very happy with our stay! Check in was easy, the room was clean and exactly as pictured, the location was perfect, and property amenities were great!

The condo has a great view. HVAC and ceiling fans are loud in the bedroom. Furniture is dated/ugly. The sofa is terrible to sit on without sticking to the plastic. Kitchen drawers stay open. Shower door is broken. The elevators malfunction constantly at one point the 3-4-5 were broken. Sucks when you are on the 8th floorLargest disappointment is the property.theelevators

Nice condo on beautiful beach!

Beautiful view from balcony. Plenty big for two!Kitchen supplies were well stocked. Enjoyed our time!Management company communicated well. No problems in checking in.

A Small Slice of Paradise

The grounds were pretty and well-taken care of. The condo was small but totally adequate for my sister and I. Everything was perfect as far as the view, the balcony, the kitchen was well-stocked. The condo was nicely decorated and we felt we were staying in a small, luxury condo. The bed was very comfortable! The bathroom was tiny but adequate and the shower was lovely. All in all, it was a wonderful vacation! Oh, and the walk to the beach was one of the shorter ones and we enjoyed the pool as well.

Great view and nice place

The Bathroom toilet area is small. So if you are a large person, like me, it makes it hard to fit in. The condo room we stayed in is old and needs some updates. Otherwise, it was a nice place with a great view.

We enjoyed ourselves, but there are a few things I wanted to add for people looking into staying at Seaside Beach & Racquet Club. There are multiple large buildings with the indoor pool being quite far from this unit. We paid $50 for a parking pass and sometimes had to park near a different building than the one we were staying and walk to ours. That had nothing to do with the company, but I felt like giving a fair warning to those looking into staying this time of month…We visited last year in April and it was peaceful. This time we booked in June and it was pure chaos with how many people were also staying in Gulf Shores/Orange Beach. The inside of our room looks accurate to the pictures but it is very compact. There is not much wiggle room in the bathroom. We still ended up booking an extra night because we couldn’t get enough of the beach. The booking/communication is great with this company. Nothing negative towards them other than the size is quite smaller than it seems in pictures. 👍

Keep it clean

Silverware was very dirty. If you are looking out at the beach it looked like there was a camera in the corner of the room. Also had to pay for parking and didn’t know about that.

Seaside Beach & Racquetball stay

Great location on the beach. Comfortably furnished. A couple minor items needed attention and management company was responsive. Internet security was poor. Overall, we were very happy with the facility and the convenient access to the beach.

Great location and condo

We did a girls trip and selected your location. It was clean and wonderful access to the beach. Loved the balcony in the morning for coffee. Pool was nice. Will be back!!!

Pure bliss

This room was perfect for my husband 1 yr old and I. The kitchen is decently stocked and the room is pretty spacious. We loved being right on the beach with a pool to cool off. The views are amazing from the 8th floor and the property is well maintained.

Tight Space

The condo was clean and the living and dinning area was fine. The bed was good except I'm not sure if it was a queen or a regular size. The problem came with the bedroom and the bathroom. When you came into the bathroom area from the bedroom you had to do a dance with the door to get to the toliet and shower area. The door should have swung the opposite direction so the door would have been out of the way. My wife uses a walker and could not get it through the shower toliet area. The toliet paper holder is in the wrong area as it jabs you in the arm and side of your chest. The bed needed a night stand on the right side as I have a CPAP machine and I had to rig up a stand so I could use my machine. My wife also had a problem with getting her walker between the bed and the closet door to get into the bed. When they updated this unit there should have been more thought into the design.

Room was cozy but bathroom needed cleaning. Hair was left in the shower and tile grate needs cleaning. Shower head leaks and no hot water in bathroom sink. Other than that, it was fine.

Great, but not clean

This would be a great rental, but it was NOT clean!!!! When we arrived there was a huge wad of black hair someone stuck on the shower wall that was never cleaned off. The rest of the shower was dirty as well. Then when we checked the sheets before bed, full of hair. Luckily we were able to open the couch bed sheets and used those on the bed. Could be a great rental, but they need a new cleaning staff. Changing the sheets and cleaning the shower should be a must.

Amazing Seaside Gem!

This was such an amazing space. You can see the water right from the couch and you can easily stare out at the water for hours. The property, Seaside, is easy to find and get to, and private which is nice. The beach itself was amazing, and the location was central. We actually walked to Wolf Bay (.5 mi walk) and it was so awesome to be able to do that while smelling the fresh ocean air. We will DEFINITELY be back!
