Grandbabies first trip to the beach

We enjoyed the stay very much. It was great for the babies first trip. The condo was great. The location was great. We did have issues working the tvs and tv projector but that wasn’t a big deal to us. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Spring Break

We had an awesome time on our stay. We wanted to take the kids a few days for spring break. The condo was perfect for our family and friends. You could not ask for a better location...directly on the beach, close to Wal Mart, restaurants, and entertainment for the kids. The variety of pools and hot tubs were great.

Best Stay Ever!!

We loved our stay here. The view is amazing!! The pools are gorgeous and there are plenty of them, as well as hot tubs. We enjoyed having coffee on the balcony overlooking the beach and pools. Our stay was perfect, thank you!! Jennifer was an amazing hostess!

Beautiful View

Asyou walk into the condo, the view of the Gulf from all the big windows is stunning! It is a split floor plan, with the master bedroom on one side and the other two bedrooms on the other side. The kids room was great! My daughter loved the bunk bed. The kitchen is a good size with everything you need to cook/bake. I really loved all the labels throughout the condo. It is very helpful. On the property there were indoor and outdoor pools. We utilized the large indoor pool, due to it not being hot enough outside to swim in the water. We stayed in April. The beach behind the property is gorgeous. At the time of the year that we went, there were not a lot of people on the beach, which was nice. The sand is white and super soft on your feet. There are shells on the beach but not an overwhelming amount. There is a Wal-Mart across the street from the condo, which is super convenient. There are concrete medians up and down the road, so you are required to do u- turns a lot. As for the things that were just okay. In the guest bathroom, there is mold growing on the ceiling in the shower. There was a leak in the ceiling of the master bath. That was no fault of the homeowner. The person above used their whirlpool bathtub for the first time in a while, and it leaked. The inconvenient part was after it was reported, a maintenance person showed up just as we were about to walk out of the door. Wonderful Place to Stay!

This condo is in an excellent location. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. It had everything we needed, including beach toys! Kitchen is well-stocked with plenty of cooking and eating supplies. The entire condo was very clean. Jennifer communicated very week regarding check in. We highly recommend this condo for families.

Loved this condo! The views are absolutely beautiful and the condo was very clean and so were the grounds! Any staff we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. Jennifer was very responsive and helpful, great host! We will definitely be back!

Winter get away

We were in search of warmer weather. We found Orange Beach Alabama. What a great place. We were fortunate enough to find the “rare 8 mile view” condo. We were right on the water. We had private access to the beach. We were able to see the sun rise and sunset on the gulf. Beautiful. The condo was true to its pictures. The only complaint was that the second shower was extremely slippery. It needed a rougher surface or shower mats. We did go to Walmart and purchased a mat. . The condo was close to grocery stores , the wharf ,restaurants etc. Great location. Plus Jonathan and Jesse ( Security) were nice and helpful. Over all a great vacation destination and the condo was perfect.

Awesome view

The condo was accommodating and comfortable except the living room furniture was too small and sagging. Also, there wasn’t a good supply of hot water. Other than these things our stay was very nice.

Great anniversary week

This was our 2nd time to stay here. We love the unit, the view is amazing from the windows and balcony. Jennifer was great. Our only complaint is that it s time for new rugs in the living room and bedroom and wear is showing on the living room couch and chairs

Enjoyable Fall Stay

We were a group of 5 women and stayed for three nights. The condo was very large and comfortable, well decorated, and the outdoor amenities were great. The unit is well furnished and stocked and fit all of our needs. We loved that the kitchen cabinets were labeled as we made lunches and dinners in each day. Communication was very easy, and Jennifer responded to our one question quickly. We would definitely stay at this condo again!

October trip to the beach!

This property was BREATHTAKING! My family and I enjoyed the relaxation, with the panoramic views of the gulf! Everything was absolutely nice— however the beds are a bit hard and uncomfortable! It didn’t matter much because we’re at the beach! The view makes up for everything and the check in process was easy, as well as the checkout process! We’re already considering coming back in the near future! Thank you for letting us stay!

Great location with unique features

Many have described the area, the heart of Orange Beach, not much to add. The unit had a typical layout with some notable features which made it special. The projector and screen in the living room was nice for nighttime viewings without having a large tv blocking the daytime views. My 8yo daughter loved the kid's room and enjoyed having "her" space with a couch and tv of her own. The showers were fantastic, though after two quick uses, the hot water needed to replenish. And the balcony was fantastic offering panoramic views of the beach and the many pools and features of the condo. My only complaint has to do with the ceiling fan in the 2nd bedroom. The single switch controls the power to both the light and fan. You have to use the pull chains to select which you want on. The chains are very short, the ceiling is +/-9' or so, and the fan is over the king bed. I had to use a step ladder to reach them. I settled on having the fan on and the light off, as pulling out the step ladder each time i wanted to change one was both an inconvenience and unsafe. At a minimum the chains should be extended; a separate switch for the fan and light would be better.

Wonderful

The corner unit was absolutely wonderful! The views were amazing and we watched the sunrise every morning. The entire unit was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked for just about any meal you'd want to make. The complex itself was great! Pools and grounds were clean and well kept and it wasn't busy at all like a Phoenix property. The charging stations in each room were a nice touch. The only very small suggestion would be to get counter height chairs for the countertop bar. The only chairs were normal height and too short to be used. Other reviews has mentioned have only 1 fob for amenities and getting to the beach but there are now 2 and it was never an issue. We've stayed at several condos in OB and this was first one we said we could come back to. We will definitely be back!
