Beautiful views from the 26th floor; clouds on the balcony when it rained. We had everything we needed. Beach chair rental was wonderful; one of my grands was special needs. Chairs were set up for easy access. Nice balcony furniture. We ate several meals out there. Will definitely be back.

Great condo and location

The condo is very nice and in a good location. Beds and furniture were comfortable. I like that there was security and the pools were nice. My only complaints are the cleaning person needs to do a better job, upon arrival the countertops were dirty and one of the showers was not very clean. Also, it needs more cereal size bowls, there was only 3, and smaller spoons.

Great Rental

We throughly enjoy staying in this unit. It was clean and what a great location. You can see down the west side of the beach from the balcony. We will definitely rent this unit next year.

Great location but unit was very very DIRTY!

Loved the amenities and location of the building. The size of the unit was great for family. Unfortunately. this property was so very very dirty that we were disgusted with it! Floors were so dirty that you had to wear shoes to avoid getting black feet. Dirt was hanging off the ceiling fans so you couldn’t use them without dirt falling onto your bed. There were dead bugs hanging on spider webs in the lampshades. Blankets were stained and smelly so we had to wash them before we could use them. Cooktop had food caked on it and oven inside and out had food on it. We had to run greasy dishes through the dishwasher before we could them. Pots and pans were equally dirty. There was an electrical issue that prevented the bathroom fan from working. The problem also extended into the master bedroom that left outlets dead. Couldn’t use jetted tub because the jets were coated with mold. The cover on the ceiling light in the kitchen was broken and only 1 bulb in the fixture was working. The building maintenance man did remove the broken cover and replaced the bulbs. He also fixed the electrical issues. Overall, this unit was in a great building, great location & was great size, but needed a deep cleaning and some maintenance.

Everything you need for a great beach vacation!

The condo was great, the beach was great and the location is great. The elevators are a little slow at peak times and you will wait a good while to get your parking pass.

Beautiful property/needs deep cleaning

Pros: Great location Beach is very close Floor plan of condo is great Views are great Phoenix rental contact Charlotte was very responsive Lots of towels provided Cons: Condo needs a deep cleaning Dust everywhere Table and dining furniture had dried food all over it Refrigerator had a couple of inches of nasty water in the crisper Blankets were dirty and had to be washed in order to use Blood on walls and doors Cookware was old and chipped non stick. Charlotte bought some new and brought them to us Ice machine had slime and mold Faucets in bathrooms caked with residue Living room furniture is very uncomfortable I would stay at the Phoenix again but would choose another condo due to the lack of cleanliness.

Beach getaway

Property is great. Fabulous view of the beach and ocean from the 26th floor. Don't look down if you're afraid if heights lol! Indoor pool was perfect for the cool rainy days. Condo had everything that we needed for the week. Beds were all very comfortable too. Would love to stay here again when we come back to Orange Beach!
