Overall very nice condo. Checkin/checkout was easy. My only complaint….there was a toenail clipping in one of the beds and stains on the sheets. We ended up having to put new sheets on the bed

Amazing views!

We loved our stay at this property! The lazy river and easy access to the beach were wonderful. Condo was nice, but the linens didn’t feel/look the cleanest. The washer and dryer both didn’t seem to work well. Clothes came out still smelly and then wet after a drying cycle. We weren’t able to use them for the trip.

Family beach vaca

The condo was beautiful the outside lazy river and pool area was really really amazing. Great for all age kids splash pad for little kids waterslide for older kids and the lazy river for everyone Ike’s rental was amazing Nick in particular was our guy all week setting up chairs and umbrellas every day was great, the only complaint that we have is that there was actually dirty dishes in the cabinets the glass casserole dishes, three of them had grease in them and dirty and there was only one kitchen dish towel for the whole week. I thought we could’ve used more for sure a few extra towels would’ve been nice in the bathrooms, but the place overall was amazing and we had a great vacation on the beach Will be back . highly Recommend families with kids all ages we especially enjoyed our dinner at Zeks marina restaurant across the street. Orange Beach/Gulf Shores lived up to its reputation. Emerald Waters, and white Sandy Beach’s!

Mothers Day Celebration

Mother’s Day was perfect with my adult children and small grandchildren in this spacious unit. There is no rolling pin in the kitchen so I used a cold bottle of beer which worked great! Elevators were efficient with very little waiting. The 24th floor has great views. Bring extra toilet paper and basics such as trash bags, coffee filters, detergents and condiments. We loved the lazy river, indoor pool and beach. 5 adults and 4 children under 8. We made wonderful memories. Enjoyed seeing the pirate ship!

Family beach trip

Enjoy the whole trip & beautiful condo! Indoor pool was not always heated but it was majority of the time. Hot tub was very nice! The outdoor pool/slide/lazy river was fun my children loved! Only problem we had was our dishwasher was not working didn’t realize it till like 3 day in our trip. Texted Jill & she had maintenance come out & look out & replaced dishwasher the next day! Had a lot of fun the whole time we were there & would recommend everyone to stay there! Just bring your own toilet paper/papertowels/dish soap! You only get 1! Condo is finished very beautifully

Great condo on the beach!!

The Phoenix ll condo was amazing! Clean, spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated! Check in process was easy. The pools and lazy river were kept so clean, the entire property was very clean. Beach access just right off the boardwalk and beach service was great! We would definitely stay here again! Communication was great as well. The only thing I would recommend for future guests is to bring some extra dish towels/rags and dish soap for kitchen.

TN Beach Lovers

Property was very nice and the grands loved the lazy river, slide, and pools.Loved our stay but I do have a few comments. Our floors had not been mopped. Bare feet were black from walking on the floors the first night. We purchased a mop and mopped the floors. No more black feet. No linens for the pull out couch bed except a mattress pad. Only one extra blanket for all three bedrooms. Not enough hand towels for each sink to have one towel. Unit needs more baking sheet pans. One small one was not enough. There were two coffee makers but we expected a Keurig. Knives were dull and would not cut properly.

We made a last minute decision to visit orange beach and it has been our best vacation so far - this property was great and the location was amazing, I was worried about being so high up but the building was so nice and felt so sturdy that I didn’t even notice the height. The view is amazing we loved eating all of our meals on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Tons of storage space and a beautiful facility with nice amenities. We are already planning our next visit to this same unit.

Amazing retreat!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Watching the boats come in and out of the pass every day was a favorite of mine! The kids loved the pirate ship and it’s cannon when it passed by. The grounds were kept squeaky clean. Beds were very hard but that’s a preference ,not a con, to our stay! Color scheme and decor is cool and relaxing. Five stars all around.

Love It!

We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! The only reason I gave check-in/communication 3 stars … I had a few questions about the property and had to reach out by phone. The people who responded made me feel I was an inconvenience and it also took me several phone calls to connect with the right Phoenix property because the number provided was not correct. I honestly don’t know if I ever spoke with the owner. In addition, I had to contact the property for my check-in email, it was not sent until I called to remind them which was stressful and time consuming - Not ideal.

We enjoyed a large family beach vacation with 5 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. The condo was spacious and felt homey after a long day at the beach/pool. We would absolutely recommend.

Thanksgiving Celebration

This property was perfect for my family of 12 to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday. We had 6 adults and 6 children. We all fit comfortably in the space. We had one issue with cleaning that was addressed with us immediately. This condo was decorated beautifully. Furniture was all comfortable too. Everything we use worked as it should. Since we had family in a different condo, I absolutely love how the entrances to each condo are enclosed in halls. The heated pool was wonderful for all the kids. I would stay at this condo again.

GORGEOUS!!!!!

This condo was absolutely beautiful! The views from the condo were perfect as well as the bayside view!!! The detail to the decorating and comfort were impeccable!!! We already want to go there again!! Possibly next year! Anyone that wants a gorgeous condo on a beautiful beach should STAY HERE!!!!!!

Beautiful condo right on the beach

The condo was beautiful and very spacious, only problem was we waited for it to be cleaned and as soon as we walked in they had dirt on the floor outside rug was dirty first bedroom in the front had trash under the bed , I had to clean outside of the dishwasher was sticky food and I had to clean the microwave and stove it was splashed with old food, the condo didn’t even smell clean. Then master bathroom tub was dirty looked like someone had walked in it with their shoes on and the rugs in every bathroom was dirty so you know they didn’t clean the floor if the rugs weren’t clean, the master bathroom toilet had dried up stool underneath the rim of the toilet. My daughter went in to take a bath and she said the toilet was so disgusting inside she couldn’t enjoy taking a bath got in and out . We did call the front desk and they sent someone back to clean but the toilet was not touched and they just picked up the dirty rugs . Besides the cleanliness of it it was great .

Great house

Awesome location in the middle of everything. Very nice and clean and beautifully decorated. Only downfall we ran into was there aren’t enough towels for 13 people to shower with and the wifi is slow.
