Excellent decor & view. Needs some maintenance.

Pros: This condo has beautiful decor and a nice layout with the master suite separate from the other two bedrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with quality glassware, cookware, and silverware. The view from the spacious balcony is gorgeous, railings that were secure & safe for our 2-yr-old and 10-month-old babies. Elevators are fast so being on floor 7 is not an issue. The Liquid Life Mgt company was very supportive. Cons: There were a few things that were less than perfect. --There was no colander or salad spinner- things I always need. --The outer oven glass had shattered prior to our arrival, which the Mgt company had already advised me about. They'd been told the shattered glass was all cleaned up, but there were at least 100 more pieces inside the door, and they continuously fell out when I opened & closed the oven door. Fortunately I arrived a few hours before the 10-month-old so I had time to avert a disaster before he arrived. He eats everything! --The vacuum had no suction but a new one was delivered the next day after I reported it. --One of the (2) irons has red plastic melted on it, which unfortunately I did not notice so it got on my white blouse. --The beds were not very comfortable (6 out of 10) --There was only one towel per person. --The plantation shutters in one of the rooms were damaged. --Parking is limited to 2 cars, even in the off season. Summary: Despite the cons, it was a very nice place with supportive management and I *do* recommend it.

Condo was great, had everything we needed except the ice machine on the counter did not ever work and the TV’s don’t really work they are hard to get working don’t know if the batteries in the remotes needed changed or what but just had to stream from our phones to the tv so the kids hated that. Other than that the condo was great!

Took our son and seven of his friends. Accommodations were great with plenty of room. Kitchen had all the pots, pans, bowls and utensils we needed. Wal mart marketplace close by. Things to do within walking distance. Had a great time.

Great Condo on the Beach

Condo is beautiful and is fully equipped with everything you need. We are senior citizens who travel frequently and can be hard to please, but we loved this condo. Property owner and manager were very fast to answer our questions.

Very nice property

The property owners have really outdone themselves with this unit. We had over 30 family members staying in this building in 4 different units. All of the other families were jealous of our unit. The owners really put in a lot of thought into what you might need when staying. Very well stocked and very clean and updated. The other 3 units were outdated and didn’t have near the stuff in them. The countertop ice make was such a hit. It actually kept up with our needs as well. I have this unit saved for our next visit. Thank you for the memories that we were able to create in Orange Beach in July 2023.

Perfect get away

just absolutely amazing!!!!! Everything was perfect... I was a little nervous about having construction and almost changed our minds but other than a few grumpy teens in the morning it was just fine we was away most of the day... Later for a start time would have been great hahahha... but even with that our trip was perfect and our first Mardi Gras at Orange Beach and that was sooo much fun thank you for making things sooo easy for us
