Love the ocean view from the balcony and easy access to the beach. Condo had everything we needed to get started. We did buy toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels, and laundry detergent. (6 adults for one week) Love that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Extra large couch. Plenty of room to spread out. Would stay here again.

We had a fantastic week with the family and highly recommend our condo at Phoenix West. This condo was extremely clean, and very well maintained! The lazy river was a hit for the kids and adults. We will definitely consider renting this condo in the future. It’s hard to top this facility and proximity to the beach.

Fabulously furnished with no carpet (yay!) and a 6 seat bar height table on the balcony as well as two additional chairs to sit back in. The floor plan is a must for our big family. Each bedroom has its own bathroom PLUS a huge nice "extra" bathroom and huge laundry area. It's decorated in an updated and classic neutral style and the double shower heads in the master shower are such a treat! Did I mention that the unit is the first one off the elevators? That means my elderly parents can come with us sometime. The 6th floor is ideal for getting a good view while also feeling close to the beach and sound of the waves. We parked on the 6th floor too with just a short walk to our unit! The lazy river is amazing and has a fun water slide feature for the kids and the big adult pool is beautiful with two waterfalls. We all love it. I can't recommend Phoenix West Suite 605 enough. Job well done guys!

This condo was perfect for our group…four adults and two kiddos, ages 3 and 5. We enjoyed the pools, lazy river, plus the water slide. We were close to restaurants like CoastAL and a short drive to attractions like the Wharf and marinas. Thanks for allowing us to stay. It was great!!

Nice Spring Break Place

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The Condo is light and bright and decorated nicely. We had a few issues during our stay. Construction noises could be heard on several days. The condo is also starting to show some wear and tear such as water spots on the ceiling, mold in the shower, worn out sofas and burnt out light fixtures. Our favorite part was all the amenities at Phoenix West. I realize this is out of the condo owners control but I would have preferred all of the pools to be warmer. Our kids had a blast in the lazy river.

Phoenix West was perfect

Condo was great!! Beautiful view, tons of seating in living room and dining and deck. Perfect. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans as well as a keurig and regular coffeemaker. Blender for Margaritas, and ice maker. Only spices were salt and pepper however. Only negative was how stocked for towels and the basics to get you going. Definitely need to bring your own!! One hand towel per bathroom and sleeps 14. Kitchen hand soap had one squirt left. Not sure why it was so chintzy on stocking such a great property.

Overall Good Stay with small hiccups

Pros: Great location when parking on the 6th floor and/or getting off elevators. Plenty of seating and beds. We didn’t feel that we were on top of each other. A variety of appliances, dinnerware, etc. in the kitchen. Cons: When we first arrived at the condo, the cleanliness was not up to par. We called the rental company and they came to clean right away. The washer and dryer gave us issues the whole trip. We ended up having to dry our clothes on the balcony. With mentioning the appliances above, we did have some issues with a few of the small appliances and them not working. Not condo related, but Phoenix West related.. there needs to be more chairs down at the pool. So many people having to sit on the hot ground since all the chairs were used up. There was plenty of spaces available for more chairs to be added. All and all, we had a great trip and would recommend if some of the cons were fixed in the future.
