Comfortable for a family

The condo was very comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. Bedroom locations were perfect for giving everyone privacy/quiet. Plenty of comfy seating in common area for TV and dining. All the equipment you need for prepping meals. Great location! We'll stay again for sure!

Very comfortable and clean

We have stayed at many condos over the years. This one was cleaner than most and very nicely appointed. We would stay here again.

Family fun

Condo was comfortable and well stocked. Loved the corner spot which extended the views of beach and gulf. The facility’s pools, weight room and grilling areas were nice and well kept. Loved the location, right off Baldwin Beach Expressway. Would stay here again.

Great upscale condo

This unit has updated floors, wrap around balcony and nice power sofa recliner. The master bedroom is Beach front and the third bedroom has a great coastline view. The master bath and closet provides plenty of space and a really nice shower.

Family Beach Vacation

This was a very nice unit and extremely clean. We vacation yearly and always stay at Summerchase. We have used several rental companies and various owners, but this was one of the nicest and cleanest units we've had. Beachball was easy to work with and we will use them again. They may have the best cleaning staff we've ever experienced. Thank you!

Beautiful View

This condo was very beautifully appointed. My only complaint was there were too many seating options in the living area making it feel quite crowded. There were only three of us so a bigger group may appreciate the extra chairs. Aside from that there was a very noisy dog in a nearby unit that barked at all hours. You could hear it all the way down on the beach. I'm sure this was just an owner who brought their pet along and not a constant source of irritation. And lastly elevator work made for longer wait times but these things happen. All in all a wonderful place to stay.

Great corner condo!

Very clean, all the kitchen utensils you could think of. Wrap-around corner balcony is fantastic and very private. Master bed/bath is huge and very relaxing, as you can hear the ocean waves from it. Be aware, if utilizing all 3 bedrooms, that the middle room has ZERO view. It literally looks across at the door to the stairs of the concrete outside hallway. We did not need or use the middle room, thank goodness. There are lots of games, which we and our kids used quite a bit, as it tended to storm all morning of every day we were there, which was disappointing but not the fault of the condo! The only real critique would be there is ZERO “dry food” amenities, like salt/pepper/seasonings, so youll have to buy that when you do a grocery run (it would have been nice to have been greeted with a small box of K-cups for a starter kit 🙃). Overall a fantastic condo in a great location on the beach and in Orange Beach; very close to so many fun spots, including the Wharf!

Fabulous place to stay!

Beautifully appointed. Love the TV watching automatic recliners. Beds are very comfortable. Wrap around balcony a real gift to give two views and wind/Sun conditions. We stay here every year!

Summerchase 1208

This is such a beautiful place! The sunrise and sunsets from our balcony were majestic. Spent every morning watching dolphins. Loved the easy access to the beach. It was not crowded on the property. We had everything we needed here. It was spacious, clean, and the views can't be beat! The condo was fabulous. Everything was provided (except for food). The couches and recliners were perfect for downtime. Our family had the best time here! I'm so sad we had to leave. We will definitely be back!!! Highly recommend this place.

Excellent digs for a week at the beach!

We LOVED this condo. It was neat, clean, close to the beach (which was not super crowded, even on Memorial Day) and had everything we needed. The balcony was a favorite spot for all of us. The only glitch was that the code we were provided to get in the condo during check in didn't work. We called and it took about 20 minutes to get it reset which was inconvenient since we were just hanging out waiting to unload. Once the local manager (who was very pleasant and helpful) called us and reset it, everything went great! We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay!

Everything. Fully equipped kitchen. Balcony curing around unit allows ability to be out under all wind/sun conditions. Very comfortable TV watching. Comfy beds.

Summer Family Vacation

Overall good. Restaurants in area were very full every day and clearly could not keep up with the volume. Property was good, however the cleaning crew was still working when we arrived at our scheduled checkin time (not that big of a deal, however).

Great Location & Awesome Unit

Condo was really nice, fully stocked with everything needed for a family stay to include beach toys and chairs. Location was very convenient to grocery stores, shopping, boating activities, and restaurants. Would highly recommend this property for future vacations.

Great stay

This was such a great place, great views, easy stay. Walking distance to food. Practically living right at the water. The place has great kitchen, nice living space, you feel that you are truly relaxed and on vacation, no doubt. I would highly recommend! And plan on staying again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was probably the best spot on the beach. perfect views, great layout, space for our whole family. although there are great things to do in the area, we had no desire to leave. We ordered in our dinners (which were all within walking distance, easy) and spent our days at the beach. The place was clean (great kitchen equipment) and there were swiffer wet mops for easy cleaning in between (which we appreciated). The mngt always anwered questions immediately. highly recommend
