This unit has a designated parking space marked 1012 on the bottom level of the garage directly across from the main entrance and elevators. Your 2nd car can be parked in any unmarked space in the parking garage.

This property is perfect for a family beach vacation. The condo has been professionally decorated. The condo allows for all the luxuries of home plus the breathtaking views of the white sandy beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. This complex is located in an area of Orange Beach that is quiet and not crowded. Guests can enjoy the spacious balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico that has entries from the living room and the master suite. The large balcony is wonderful for outside dining or just relaxing in the lounge chairs. The condo has 3 large bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The master suite is beautifully decorated to make you feel right at home with a king bed. The master bath is spacious with a walk-in shower, jetted corner tub and one large closet. The balcony can be accessed from the master suite. There are two other wonderfully decorated bedrooms with king beds. Each with flat screen televisions, their own private baths and balconies overlooking Old River and Ono Island. The living room provides for an exquisite view of the gulf. There is a large sliding glass door for entry to the balcony. There is a 55' flat screen television mounted on the wall for your enjoyment.
Guests that enjoy cooking can make themselves at home in the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. The large dining room table seats 8 comfortably. There is also a breakfast table and a kitchen bar area for extra seating. Our laundry room equipped with a full size washer and dryer, brooms, mops and other cleaning supplies. It is quite convenient for guests to enjoy the wet bar with the free standing ice pellet machine. The unit offers free wi-fi. There is a parking area marked for Unit 1012 on the ground level in a covered garage. The condominium complex offers many amenities including: both indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, sauna/steam rooms, fitness/aerobic room, picnic/cooking pavilion with gas grills, volleyball court, horseshoes, and putting greens for the the golf enthusiast. The business center/conference room has internet access, copier and fax machine available. There are at least 10 top quality golf courses, several movie theatres, miniature golf, lots of restaurants and shopping within minutes of the complex. The Orange Beach area is extremely family friendly with many activities for all ages. Please keep in mind that this condo is non-smoking/non-vaping. Smoking/vaping is not allowed on balconies. Great Choice

We chose this condo because we had 3 couples going and wanted a 3 bedroom / 3 bath (this unit is a 3 bed, 4 bath).Overall, a great great choice. The condo itself was well maintained and clean, and had everything you would need for a weeks' vacation. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking appliances and server ware.The unit has dish satellite and we had a couple of issues with the dish box receiving channels. the property manager was very responsive. I did ultimately have to work wtih the provider myself, but the property manager was very helpful getting me to that point. The owner also followed up after the week to see if the problem was resolved to determine if there was anything they needed to do for the next guests.There were just a couple of minor things I would suggest to the owner:- you have nice instructions for parking. It would be great if you could just add an extra paragraph indicating that you must use the west entrance and that the parking spot is on the ground floor (if the instructions where there, we missed it). we didn't realize this and drove into the wrong entrance and then struggled to find the spot. - there are sensors in each bathroom and anywhere water flows to sense if there is a leak. this seems to be a great system. If it senses a leak it shuts the water off to the unit. we had never encountered such a system before, and we dripped water on the sensor and it triggered a shut off. myabe a note in the book about would be useful

Good property

This was a clean property with all the essentials. Communication with the manager/owner was great. Unfortunately, we had a number of things to communicate about. The only major issue was the lack of water pressure in the kitchen sink and the dishwasher not working. We spent too much vacation time washing dishes because of this. However, it is getting fixed so hopefully no one else has to deal with it. The manager was able to send maintenance for other issues and he did his best to help and fix. It seemed like a number of issues were due to other guests lack of communication. The beds are very comfortable and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing getaway

My wife and I normally stay on the other west side of the bridge when we go to orange beach. This condo was located east of the bridge where there was less traffic and noise. The unit was also much closer to the ocean than what we are used to. The large wrap around balcony provides a view of not only the ocean but the city scap also. We also enjoyed our own covered parking and no check in process. Just park your car and go up to the condo. Very convienient. The condo was spacious with upscale furnishings. Will come back with the kids and their families next time. The condo cost a little more than what we usually spend, but it was well worth it and will return again. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you!

Awesome stay

Great location away from the busy areas. Very relaxed beach without over crowding. I never worried about the safety of my kids with how secure things felt. The reserved/assigned and covered parking was really nice. The condo was spacious and accommodating. Everything you could ask for was accounted for and this host made sure we had a great experience. She was very responsive with Amy question we had.

Perfect getaway!

We went for a long weekend for bulls on the beach at florabama and we were definitely satisfied with our stay! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed it in! The balcony was perfect size with great views! The area was really nice and in a great location to everything we wanted to do! We were even able to walk to florabama and some restaurants which was really nice! Definitely would recommend this condo to other and will try to rent it again for next year!!

Instructions were accurate-made things very easy to get there, parked and unloaded! This place as a whole was great-not nearly as crowded as others. Nice facilities and very nice condo. Beds were comfortable- everything worked! It was great-no complaints! Looking forward to going back.

pleasant but a bit pricey

enjoyed the 3 bedrooms & the spacious balcony easy access to beach. middle bath could use some improvements / should make broom/mop available & at least provide 2 or 3 kitchen trash bags over all a good time with family!! The extra seating was a real plus !! Master very nice!! One for the memories!!
