Let me start by saying that the unit was absolutely beautiful and the views were unbeatable. Truly breathtaking. Plenty of room for our 7 people. Could have used some more storage space for beach gear. The living room furniture was filthy. This made us wonder how clean the rest of the place really was. For the cost of renting this unit they should be able to replace or attempt to clean it. While there were a lot of stemless wine glasses, they were plastic and looked like they had been melted in the dishwasher and put back in the cupboard, so they weren't really usable. I asked ahead of time if there was a traditional coffee pot or a Keurig and never got a response. Turns out there were two traditional coffee pots, but one of them was broken. No Keurig. I never received the email ahead of time to purchase my parking passes, so I had to purchase on-site and pay the higher fee. There was also confusion because our names had not been added to the tenant roster for some reason so they had no record of us. After the very helpful lady at the front desk did some calling around to verify we were supposed to be there, we were able to get our parking passes. I received the email shortly after that about parking passes...Extra king bdr has no view, just window to hall. Knob on dryer broke mid-stay and was told maintenance would fix it, they never did. Overall, great space, but needs some simple TLC. Would've been a 3 if the view wasn't so amazing.
