Our Happy Place

This was our second year at Harbour Place and we loved it more than ever. The location, the apartment, the ambiance are just right for Wisconsinites who like friendly people. We have everything we need at this location and truly feel at home with the beach and sea just steps away. Our hope is to be able to return year after year!

Easy access to the beach, the indoor pool is great. We had a wonderful stay and plan to cone back soon.

The property was VERY clean, a lot of pots and pans which made cooking easy and enjoyable. There is an updated coffee pot which takes k cups as well. The pool was very nice, and it was convenient getting to the beach since it’s the first floor above garage. We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Perfect for 3 adults and we had 2 children.

Very nice and accommodating.

My family and I had a nice stay after hours on the road from our family trip. This was the perfect spot to rest and enjoy the beach all at once. I would definitely book again if available when we come back to Gulf Shores.

Excellent location

We love Harbor Place because of the actual proximity to the beach! It is just a few steps and no stairs! We rented the lounges this time and it was so nice to not have to carry and set all that up. The prices were quite reasonable. We also love the fact that most of the time, you can park in the garage. The unit itself was Perfect for just us.

Gorgeous property!!

We came to AL to celebrate our “familymoon” The condo was perfect for our family of 5. We have a teenager and 2 littles and this was plenty of space for us. This place had absolutely everything you could think of, everything from utensils, cookware, crockpots, etc! The beds were sooo comfortable and we all slept great! The kids ate breakfast out on the patio every morning because they just loved the view of the gulf. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We, family of 6, came for a short weekend stay, our room was clean and as advertised. The condominium is a little older but no issue with that. The walk to the beach was short, the pool was small but adequate. Check-in and checkout were easy and communication via text was excellent. We loved this place and would stay again.

Week @Harbour Place

We had a wonderful week! The people with Beachball are always so helpful & kind! They are our go to every vacation we book. We love Harbour Place so this was our 5th stay there…We will definitely be back soon! The room was clean, stocked with everything extra you might need, & had such comfortable beds! The view was perfect too…We had a perfect week weather wise also…so after a day on the beach we headed off to the indoor pool & hot tub! Highly recommend 112 or any place at Harbour! Beach ball makes it easy to look at properties & book!! 10/10

Lovely place if a great view is your top priority.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and view was great. For some reason there were no curtains in front of the big main window which faces the gulf and the walking path out to the ocean. Guests coming in can see right in your room. Also, there is no way to darken the room when the sun rises if someone wants to sleep on the sofa bed. The internet/wifi was very bad in the condo. Outside on the beach, internet was fine. The pool patio needs a makeover, but it was heated. All in all, we would rent this condo again because the price was right, the beds were comfy, and it has an incredible view of the ocean. We had a great time.

Great place with minor issues

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. First floor with balcony view of ocean and pool. Could use bathroom updates, specifically in the master bath. Overall, a good place to stay minus a few things listed below. The place was dirty. The floors didn't "appear" dirty but our socks would literally turn black from the filth. I considered purchasing a mop for our visit but instead, all guests wore socks at all time. Which resulted in a lot of laundry. There were a lot of dust and dirt in corners/along walls of rooms, behind/close by furniture and in the kitchen cabinets. The kitchen cabinets, lower cabinets specifically where all cookware was stored, was absolutely disgusting. I sent photos of this to the property management and was told that the owners recently had granite countertops installed so the dust was most likely left from that but I disagree as there were FOOD particles in the piles of dirt/dust/grime. The wifi service was very spotty. The entire visit, the connection area on our devices would show connected with a note that said "Weak Security". There is no router on the property for guests to attempt to do a reset for better connection. The property manager stated the service provider would need to come out and review if there was an issue. We told them never mind as we didn't want to fool with it. The living room tv does not always display a picture. Some days the picture would display perfectly with no issues. Other days, the picture would fade in and out with a lot of lines and fuzziness on the screen and would usually last several minutes at a time. The tv in the master bedroom would never turn on. All cables were plugged in accordingly but still no luck. We would receive the message "Weak or No Signal". I informed the property manager of both tv issues and they suggested I ensure all cables were plugged in, as if I hadn't already done that. Nothing else was done to address the issues. TV's looked fairly old so they probably ju
