Set right on the water in Opua, this elegant and spacious two-bedroom apartment is furnished with coastal themed décor. Enjoy the views, the sun and alfresco or bbq dining on the large deck or watch the boats pass from behind large glass doors. There are two spacious bedrooms with King beds and an opulent bathroom. The apartment features a Smart TV, Sky TV, WIFI. The upstairs Bridge apartment is also for rental.
Please be aware there are only three off-street car parks between the two apartments available at this property.

First class!
We had a great stay at the Boathouse. The location is excellent and the place is unique. The ferry is right next door, which can be a little noisy for some, but we loved the harbour experience with the boats floating past our patio. The place has everything you need, it's very neat and we will return for sure. We had a memorable time!

Comfortable stay with a few gaps
Beautiful house with great views and wraparound patio, and plenty of areas to socialise with friends or family. In a quiet neighborhood that backs onto the bush. 20 minute walk down to town, a bit longer back up the hill. Great base to explore Northland - the historical Waitangi Treaty Grounds and town of Russell are must visits. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Unfortunately the washing machine was broken, and despite the prompt response of the agent we had to use a launderette as we had been traveling for a while . Also the barbecue was not available - no gas bottle, which we discovered too late to ask the agent. No beach towels or beach toys and no electric AC in the bedrooms ( to be fair, neither were listed) but I expected better for this price.

A little bit disappointing.
5 star views , ( which may be blocked soon by neighbors trees). spacious rooms nicely decorated. No ensuite . huge deck but lacking loungers or comfortable chairs. Cheap tatty sun umbrella. Large kitchen equipped with cheap crappy appliances. Cutlery warehouse rubbish , knives as blunt as could be.
