The tv in our room didn't work for Netflix, the coffee pot didn't work and there was no hot water for us to shower on night 2. The water was luke warm on the morning of check out. The gentleman that checked us in had an attitude like he definitely had better things to do. The best part, sleeping. We slept so good. Other than that, hated being there.

Was a construction zone. I conversed with other guests and heard complaints from all of them, including no hot water on the entire 4th floor. I was on the 3rd floor and had hot water. I just had no heat or air or even a fan. It would not turn on or operate at all. It was actually hanging partcially down as if they were cleaning the vents....Also had an accessible shower but no shower chair... I asked but was told they didnt have any!

The "refrigerator" it's so tiny, and have a timer for 2 hour or 8 hours. the toilet cover doesn't stay up but is new. don't try to safe money with this electronics because you guys going to loos customers.

The renovated rooms are a steal at the rate I paid. Plus you get pretty descent continental breakfast, the coffee is good for being complementary as well. I high recommend if you get the room on the cheaper side. Yeah, there’s construction, just stay on the upper floors if you’re concerned. If you’re gone during the day, like me, you won’t get bothered.
