tragedy narrowly averted!

we had an episode in the king bedroom suite at around 3am where the breaker box panel went out. they couldn’t find the key to open the breaker box. so the night manager ably assigned us a new room, and then the day manager gave us a $40 discount off the room as well as 5k wyndham points. it was a minor inconvenience that was handled quickly and professionally by the management.

The shower -tub still had long black hair and over all bathroom not clean. Limited shampoo and conditioner. No hand cream. 2 coffee bags, all plastic- paper drinking containers. Breakfast not kept up and fruit was old and brown. Ran out of food by 7 am. limited selections. Would not recommend staying here. We were meeting friends for the night and were very disappointed in facility. Won't stay there again even though we have relatives in the area.The La Quinta in Morgan Hill and San Jose are much nices.

To warm, but ok otherwise.

It was a fine stay, we stay there on a regular basis but this time the AC was finicky. It would shut off often and overall the room was way too hot the entire stay. (I know it’s summer, but come on…)
