Enttäuschend

Das Haus und die Wohngegend sind schön, 15 Laufminuten zum weitläufigen Strand sind prima.Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr klein .Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und zwei kleinen Kindern im Haus das war schon sehr eng. Das 3.Schlafzimmer mit zwei Etagenbetten ist winzig klein man kann sich darin nicht richtig bewegen und das Schlafsofa befindet sich im Wohn- und Esszimmer, welches auch sehr klein ist. Als wir ankamen war das Haus sehr schmutzig und das warme Wasser in der Küche hat nicht funktioniert, die Insektenschutzrollos im OG waren zerrissen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und könnte ein Update vertragen. Alles in allem sehr enttäuschend. Die Stühle im Außenbereich sind in einem erbärmlichen Zustand, man traut sich kaum sich draufzusetzen. Fazit: Kleines Haus mit schönem Pool,aber für diese Größe zu teuer und für 7 Personen nicht zu empfehlen. Die Straße vor dem Haus wird zum Wenden von allen Autos benutzt, also viele Abgase und Lärm

La casa está muy bien para unas vacaciones. Tiene lo necesario, sin ser super grande tiene espacio para disfrutar todos. El unico punto negativo por darle alguno, es la ubicacion. Aunque no esta lejos de la playa mejor coger el coche si no quieres que te de una insolacion por el camino, y el "centro comercial" que esta a un minuto a pie....deja mucho que desear ademas de carisimo. Pero por lo demas hemos disfrutado mucho, tanto de la casa como de los pueblos que hemos visitado. Todo queda relativamente cerca, en coche. La piscina y el jardin son un plus

Villa Oliva Nova

La casa está en una urbanización residencial, tranquila en las afueras de Oliva. Encontramos la casa muy limpia, bien cuidada, con todo lo necesario ( incluido sábanas, toallas...). Cómoda y bonita, sin grandes lujos. Aire acondicionado, wifi y smart-tv disponible. Hay mosquiteras y persianas en los dormitorios. Una habitación doble con cuarto de baño incorporado en la planta baja y en la primera planta otra doble y otra con literas, esta última muy muy pequeña -sólo para dormir- otro cuarto de baño con ducha y una amplia terraza con tumbonas y tendedero. En el exterior hay otra mesa para comer, sillones, tumbonas, barbacoa y ducha exterior. El terreno está vallado y aunque las casas estén cercas las unas de las otras, hay mucha privacidad. A un minuto andando hay un pequeño "centro comercial" con un Carrefour Express, farmacia, bar/restaurante... Recomendamos esta casa para pasar unas vacaciones relajadas en el cuidado jardín, divirtiéndose en la piscina o en la hermosa playa a menos de 10 minutos andando. Está al lado de un campo de golf para los aficionados. Se necesita coche para visitar Oliva y la zona, pero está todo bien comunicado. Nos habría gustado que nos hubiesen recibido personalmente para enseñarnos la casa y disponer de una carpeta con informaciones prácticas, funcionamiento de aparatos, información de la zona etc.

Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist prima, ca 15 min zu Fuß zum Strand, schöne Wohngegend. Die Ausstattung ist völlig ausreichend auch für längere Aufenthalte, Waschmaschine vorhanden, Geschirrspüler zwar kleiner, aber es geht sehr viel rein, die Einrichtung schön, offene Küche, gemütlich, großer Fernseher mit allen deutschen Programmen, Betten bequem, Terrasse, Garten ebenfalls sehr schön, Pool war sauber, gepflegt, Haus war frisch gestrichen und machte einen sehr guten Eindruck, Balkon mit schöner Aussicht und ideal zum windgeschützten Sonnenbaden, Holzkohlengrill im Garten, eingezäunt, Elektro-Heizung macht ausreichend warm Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und würden gerne wieder kommen

Ein schönes Häuschen

Ein voll ausgestattetes Häuschen mit Pool und allem was man braucht. Nur der Grill ist leider in die Jahre gekommen. Der Supermarkt und ein Restaurant ist sehr nah der Strand ist auch noch fußläufig zu erreichen aber alles andere braucht man ein Auto. Wenn man das weiß ist es o. k. Die Nachbarn sind sehr hellhörig und größtenteils deutsche und Schweizer. Auch das ist o. k. wenn man es weiß. :o)

El sitio esta muy bien pero hay cosas que por lo que pagas deberían estar mejor:la nevera no funciona bien , la ropa de cama y de aseo debería cambiarse a la semana sin pedirlo, la tercera habitación es tan pequeña que con literas no se puede ni ventilar . En fin no esta mal pero podría estar mejor
