Not all outlets were in working order. One cup I unwrapped had debris in the packaging. At check the desk clerk walked out for an undetermined reason taking more than 10 minute for final processing. He also did not connect me with the occupant of my assigned room and quoted an incorrect credit card number. I did not receive a final receipt for my stay.

Toilet too low to floor and grab bars too high. Why can't hotels have chair hight toilets? Bed very hard. Charge you a $60 key deposit.

MRSA is ok, to save money

It was dirty, nasty. There were holes drilled in the door to the room, everything was broken including the shower and phone. It was FILTHY! Extremely filthy! The "food" they served was dirty with bugs in it and the vending machine for the drinks was covered in mold. It has never been cleaned.

There are better options

The front desk person was friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond to find a solution to our concerns. That said, this place has seen better days. It sure doesn't look like the photos online and the folks hanging around seemed like they had also seen better days. We are generally not fussy about the motel vibe, but this location was not somewhere we could see ourselves staying for the five nights we booked and we ended up cancelling our stay. Sorry for the bad review, Travelodge Norman, but it's probably time for a little refresh.

We had two rooms they both had cleanliness issues. The counters were dirty towels had hair in them. The floor was dirty one of the rooms. The air conditioner did not work.

Not going to trust online sites from here on. The room i booked i thought had a large tub as in the pictures. Nope thats apparently just a normal room. Room had issues and had to change rooms within the first hour because the fridge didn't work. Disappointing overall
