到着時、玄関のところにホコリが溜まっていた時点で嫌な予感がしていましたが、食器、特にグラスは汚れが残っていました。 カトラリー入れにはホコリや髪の毛が溜まっていました。 あまりに気持ちが悪いので、洗おうと思ったのですが、食器スポンジも汚れているようだったので、新しいものを購入して全てを洗い直しました。 風呂場にはピンク汚れがあり、こちらも気持ちが悪いので洗剤まで買ってきて掃除しなおしました。 このため到着日は数時間を掃除に要しました。 終わって、ホット一息ついたところで、タブレットがけたたましく鳴りました。この施設ではチェックイン処理をタブレットで行うべきだたようです。 しかし各部屋にあるにも関わらず、自分で予約番号を入力しないとチェックイン処理すら出来ないのです。 最初にタブレットは見ましたが、掃除のことで頭がいっぱいで、そこまでは手が回らなかったんです。 ビデオ通話に出てきた係の方は、我々がチェックイン処理をしていないことを不服そうに話をするので、汚れている件を伝えました。 実は、その前にExpediaのオンラインチャットから送信しているにも関わらず、そのことについては感知をしていないようでした。 またオンラインチャットには、その後も返事が来ていません。 係の方に伝えると、洗剤代などを支払うということを言っていましたが、そういう話ではないと思います。 期間中に一度だけ掃除が入りましたが、こういった状況にもかかわらず、キッチンにあったコップなどはそのままでした。排水溝のネットももちろん交換していませんでした。 それ以外は過ごしやすい施設でした。

book 之前在網頁上說有職員在酒店接待，但去到酒店先知是要打當地電話，有聯絡職員給密碼再進屋，用平板電腦check in，如果可以寫清楚在網頁上比較好，我可以早點準備！ 酒店環境衛生十分好，整潔漂亮，4人足夠住，如果住6人，有兩人要睡樓上，榻榻米，樓上會熱一點！冷氣不足夠涼快！

住宿的地方附近走路幾分鐘有一間7-11，但是因為地理位置比較郊區的感覺，房間有螞蟻，第二個晚上拿螞蟻噴劑噴了整個二樓，超薰… 住宿的地方有廚房，餐具刀具等，還不錯。房間是輕隔間，所以隔音不好，樓上走動樓下都聽的到，住宿區外也有設置一區投幣式自助洗衣、烘衣很方便。整體還行

施設が新しいので綺麗に見えますが、髪の毛が全ての場所（トイレや浴室含む）に落ちていました。 他サイトのクチコミにも清掃面やタオルの不潔さのコメントがあったので、タオルは持参して正解でした。 バスタオルが湿っていてとてもじゃないけど使えませんでした。 施設が綺麗なだけに残念ですが、この値段でこの清掃面は人にお勧めできません。
