Private Ojai Hillside Retreat with Pool & Views

Set on a quiet hillside overlooking the west valley of Ojai, this peaceful retreat offers privacy, beautiful views, and the feeling of being surrounded by nature—while still being just minutes from town. Rolling hills and a small grove of avocado trees create a serene setting where guests can relax and enjoy the calm beauty of the Ojai Valley.

The property now includes a total of four bedrooms, combining the main house and an attached private guesthouse—ideal for families, groups, or guests seeking a bit of extra space and separation.

The main house features three comfortable bedrooms. Upstairs, the primary suite includes a California king bed, fireplace, and French doors that open to a private balcony with sweeping valley views. The ensuite bathroom offers a soaking tub and separate shower. Also upstairs is a second bedroom with two twin beds and access to a full bathroom, along with a second balcony.

Downstairs, a queen bedroom is conveniently located near the main living areas, along with an additional full bathroom.

The living room features a fireplace and French doors that open to the patio, creating effortless indoor–outdoor living. The kitchen and dining area are well-equipped for gathering, whether for shared meals or a relaxed evening at home.

The attached guesthouse provides a private one-bedroom retreat with its own entrance, perfect for additional guests, extended family, or those wanting more privacy. It features a queen bedroom, a modern bathroom, a full kitchen, and a comfortable living area with a TV. A washer and dryer are also included, making it especially convenient for longer stays or work-from-home visits.

Outside, guests can enjoy the private patio with a swimming pool, barbecue, and outdoor dining area—an ideal setting to unwind, take in the views, and enjoy Ojai’s relaxed pace of life.

Shared Estate
Please note there is one additional guesthouse located on the far side of the home. The layout is thoughtfully designed for privacy and separation, though one wall is shared and occasional sound transfer may be possible. We kindly ask all guests to be respectful and mindful during their stay.

The backyard, pool, barbecue, and all outdoor amenities are completely private and exclusively for your use.

Private Wellness Stays
Our property is part of a Private Membership Association (PMA), hosted by our ministry, Sacred Ground Ojai. Through intentional hospitality, thoughtful property stewardship and selected space-transformation projects, we create places that are beautiful, peaceful and deeply cared for. After booking, the guest who made the reservation will just need to sign a quick membership agreement (no extra costs). You’re free to cancel your membership anytime after your visit.

Pool Heating - Add-on
Pool heating is available for 2 day stays ($280), 3 day stays ($350) and an additional $70/day for longer stays.

Pets
We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs. A $95 pet fee applies.
Quiet property — no parties or loud music. Quiet hours 9 PM. Supervise children (pool & stairs). No smoking. Registered guests only.
