Perfect for families or friends, the home features a bright living/dining room with a double sofa bed and satellite TV, and a fully equipped open kitchen with oven, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. There are two cozy bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double trundle bed, plus a bathroom with shower, bidet, and washing machine. Step out onto your private terrace or enjoy the shared garden with barbecue facilities and a refreshing shared pool (10x5 m, open June to mid-September). Centrally located just 1 km from shops, restaurants, and nightlife, and 15 km from ski slopes and lifts, the apartment is an excellent base for both summer lakeside fun and winter adventures. A children’s bed is available on request, and free parking is provided. A utilities & service fee of EUR 250,00 will be required closer to your checkin date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The utilities & service fee ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during the stay.
