This spacious home in Oceano, just one block from the beach, is perfect for those looking to travel in a group such as family reunions, retreats, or Friendsgiving. With space for up to 12 guests this classic California beach house offers 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, comfy-cozy family room, and a separate space downstairs that even includes a kitchenette. It feels like getting two places in one! There’s also plenty of parking available with attached 2 car garage and a driveway. Unwind with a peaceful evening with your loved ones over a glass of wine at the firepit or enjoy an afternoon BBQ cookout in that beautiful salty air. The home comes with all the essentials, including a stocked kitchen, all linens for sleeping and bathing, full size washer/dryer, and Wi-Fi. Dogs allowed with prior approval, and additional fees will apply once approved. The master bedroom has a King bed and futon, 2nd bedroom has a queen and a twin, 3rd bedroom has a queen and the living room has 1 sofa bed.

Perfect Little Get Away
This property is beautiful. We loved the split level feature, allowing us some privacy as well as easy access for our dogs. Our kids enjoyed how spacious the upstairs was & the air hockey table in the garage! The location is perfect..easy walking access to the Oceano Dunes, beach & Slappy’s, yet tucked back away from extra neighbors.
