family fabulous

This 4-bedroom pet-friendly condo is cozy, clean and stocked with all the necessities for a great family vacation. It sleeps 8-10 comfortably and has space for family dinners and quality time together. Overall, this is nice place to plan your next vacation! We have stayed here for two summers so far! Thank you for another great vacation, Sandybottoms!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fridge was not keeping temp, called and was told I would have to wait until Monday. Only after I said that was unacceptable did they send someone out. The woman said I could come pick up a loaner fridge which was amusing since we were on a 3rd floor unit.

Little Dated

The customer serive I received from the office where we picked up our keys they were great, kind and very respectful/helpful I didnt want to score low but the condo is a bit dated and all I would like to add is the place was alot cleaner when I left then when we arrived.... we even did the windows.... neighbors on the left of the condo were rude/ignorant and liars, the people on the right were totatly amazing....Kudos to Megan and Mike. I liked to mention Crystal in the office she was a doll....

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So so. The equipement of the kitchen is poor. the neighboors downstairs do not tolerate any noise of a kid. Too many paperwork before the rental and exchanges with the agency.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was wonderful to stay in the Bethany Beach area in early February. Our condo had great views of the bay and marsh. There was plenty to do and a surprisingly amount of stores and restaurants were open. The best part of the trip was that there were no crowds. This allowed us to speak with the locals and learn about the hidden treasures in the area. Stores and restaurants the locals go to.

Nice condo

Clean place in a nice golfing community with tons of wildlife. We saw more deer in one week then I saw in a whole year.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was in a good location, just a few miles from Bethany beach. The house was comfortable but not as clean as I would have liked. The front porch was not swept and had leaves and dirt in the corners, cobwebs around the porch light. One of the mattress covers was dirty. The community pool was great!

Quiet and clean vacation home

This vacation home is quiet and clean. The community is on a golf course and is walkable. The property owner/ manager was very responsive to all our questions. We enjoyed our time there and highly recommend this place!

Bethany Bay Bliss

This is the ultimate location for relaxation. The properties are nestled along a marsh where you can observe wildlife up close. There’s a place to drop in your kayaks to explore this pristine area. Plenty of walking paths around this quiet clean condominium unit. This particular unit needs some upgrades (better twin mattresses, fix toaster, put out furniture for front deck), but it fit the needs for our group of 9.

Bad Experience

Constant harassment about making noise even when we weren't at the property. Listed as dog friendly (They allow dogs), however the people in this neighborhood were not kind towards dog owners. As several comments were made during our stay.
