Do not stay here! It was very falsely advertised. First, the code to get in was 9 digits. Like anyone is quick to memorize that.?? The place was clean but very dated- torn linoleum in the kitchen, very slow draining sink in bath, and we experienced many cold showers, especially if both showers were on at the same time. There were only 4 of us. The biggest issue was the false advertising. The pics clearly showed the pools. I was aware of the tram service. I sent an email specifically asking about the tram. I was told it was available and to go to the main office upon arrival. NOT once in my communications was a fee mentioned. The front desk told us it was 60 per PERSON for pool and tram access- whether you stay 3 days or a week. Since we were not paying 240 extra for these things, we had to Uber. I made Vuestay aware and they sent multiple texts over the stay. All texts said “we are working on it” (as far as compensation.) The lady at the complex said THIS rental agency is known for this. I received another text after we left- “still working on it” with management. Today (almost 2 weeks following our departure) I received a text stating no additional compensation. Families should be made aware of these fees clearly in the description. It is not enjoyable to spend your vacation seeing dozens of texts messages with no answers. Do better, Vuestay and stop hiding things from your renters. Never again!!
