Sleeping 12, this lovely vacation rental home, offers room for your entire family to comfortably sleep, relax and dine. Located in amenity-rich Ocean View Beach Club, which even offers a free shuttle to Bethany Beach from Friday thru Monday. When not at the beach, boardwalk, unique shops or restaurants downtown, feel free to lounge at the indoor or outdoor community pools, have a pickleball match, work out in the fitness center (which offers a steam room and sauna,) or play a game of billiards or poker in the community clubhouse! Staying in on a cloudy day? Stream your favorite shows on one of the 4 smart TVs or enjoy the giant Connect 4 game or mini arcade games in the loft (PacMan, Galaga & Marvel Superheros). The owner has thoughtfully outfitted the home with everything you need to prep a gourmet meal or wow your friends with a nifty drink: quality gas stove and bbq grill, blender, "crush" press, and more! The rental also comes with 2 bikes, several beach chairs and boogie boards. There's even a desk in the loft if you have to do a bit of work while vacationing. Book now while there are plenty of weeks available! No Pets or Smoking Please. Renter wristbands for use of amenities can be purchased from a Clubhouse Attendant via credit card for $38 per person (ages 6+) per week from 9 am to 6 pm daily. Guests pay a $180 cleaning fee for all stays. Sheets and towels are not included, but are available for rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

Great location for the price! 10 minute drive to the beach and Bethany Beach boardwalk. Quiet neighborhood with friendly folks. Community pool was clean and spacious. Plenty of seating and the life guards were friendly and attentive. Our only complaints about the house was lack of lamps in any of the rooms and insufficient seating for diners. I would 100% stay here again!

Spacious, clean house perfect for large groups

I stayed in this rental with my adult siblings and my own young children ages (1-6 years old). Home was very spacious, clean - 5 bedrooms, master had walk in closet I was able to put a pack & play in. We brought our own linens which was fine, comforters & pillows were provided. Lots of beach accessories- beach cart, a few chairs, sand toys, corn hole, cooler, boogie boards. You have to pick up AND return keys to leasing office about 15 min away so plan accordingly- it took us forever the morning we were trying to leave because of beach traffic. Beach traffic can be horrible. It took a minimum of 15-20 min to get to Bethany Beach. The 3 way stop sign and traffic light caused a huge delay. There were 4 adult & 2 children’s bikes available at the house. We had access to the community pool however it was quite far to walk or bike with young children. Pool passes only available for the week for $38/pp. No tennis courts as advertised- they were changed to pickleball. No hairdryer in the house. Blinds on windows were not effective in blocking bright sun at 6am- maybe bring a blackout curtain for little kids room! Lots of other essentials were included- not sure if left behind by other renters or not but we had a very comfortable stay overall.
