Shadowlawn is a meticulously maintained four-bedroom property located in the golf cart district that can sleep up to ten people near historic downtown Ocean Springs and the beautiful beaches of the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

Shadowlawn provides all the comforts you need. It is the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway, as well as week-long vacations with the family lounging around your own private in-the-ground pool!

Loaded with amenities, you will find a clean space with all the conveniences of home. Shadowlawn features a large open kitchen with a stainless steel refrigerator, double oven, island stove, and dishwasher. The cabinets are filled with virtually everything you will need to prepare your own meals on days you would rather stay in the comforts of home, rather than eating out at the numerous Ocean Springs hot spots. Up to eight can be seated at the large dining table, with additional seating at the nearby kitchen island.

The living room provides a comfortable place to lounge in front of the large 65" flat-screen Smart TV and fireplace. There is an additional living room in the front of the house that has a 65" flat-screen Smart TV as well.

In the Primary Bedroom with 43" Smart TV, you will find a King bed and a private bathroom featuring a large glass walk-in shower. There is also an attached additional sleeping space with bunk beds (full and twin mattresses).

There are three additional bedrooms, two with queen beds and the other with bunk beds (full and twin mattresses). There are 32" Smart TVs in two of the rooms.

The property is equipped with AT&T Fiber high-speed wireless Internet, and out back in the fully fenced-in yard, you will find a large in-the-ground pool (not heated), and propane grill. There is also a large screen-in patio overlooking the pool with seating and a 32" TV.

While at the Shadowlawn you’ll feel completely at home and never need to leave the property to have a fantastic stay, but if you can tear yourself away, you'll find yourself near the historic downtown Ocean Springs and Entertainment District. It has many great restaurants, museums, art galleries, sidewalk cafes, antique stores, and unique gift shops for you to enjoy.

A waiver will need to be electronically signed for all people on the property before check-in instructions are given. Shadowlawn is not meant for social gatherings or parties of any type. Everything was perfect. The guest bath does need some attention to the drainage in the shower. It does not drain well. The towel rod in the master fell with the first towel that was hung on it. Other than that, it was perfect.

This house was exactly as listed. Very spacious for our adult family of 6 to spread out. There are 4 bedrooms, plus a bonus room in the master that has a set of bunk beds for younger ones. I loved the big dining table, and extra seating at the kitchen bar. There are two living areas,so everyone can spread out if they want,but each room was plenty big enough for all of us. We did not utilize the pool area, but it looked very nice! I would imagine in the warmer months this would be fantastic. Get the Golf cart. It was fun riding to and from everywhere, just be vigilant about watching the battery on it because it drains quick. I was worried we would be too far from dow town, but it is 2 miles away, so where walking might not work, it was a very quick golf cart ride on over. And also to the Beach side. Host was easy to reach and communication was quick. I would 100% recommend this home and would return for future stays!

What a great home! Perfect for our family & 2 dogs. We loved how open and comfortable BOTH living rooms are … plenty of room to watch TV together. The beds are super-comfy, plenty of storage in the master bedroom. The golf cart was a great way to explore downtown Ocean Springs and see the beach … all so very close. I really appreciated the decor details, making the home elegant with a purpose.And the pool & backyard. The fenced in yard provided lots of space for our pups to explore while supervised from the pool and screened-in porch. A bonus! The host was really quick to respond any time we had a question. Great customer service.We’re excited to return on our next trip to Ocean Springs!

Wonderful time with grandchildren

This was a great place for us to enjoy our grandchildren. The pool was definitely a plus to keep them entertained. The golfcart gave us easy access to the beach and downtown. The beach was a very short distance which made it easy for us with the grandchildren. Thank you for the perfect location.

Ladies Bridge Retreat

This group meets every year for girls time away. This property was very large and we all enjoyed all the space. A perfect spot for families with kids. We missed having side tables and dressers in the bedrooms. Most of the beds were comfy. Had some trouble with on demand water but could have been with 5 of us it was too much demand!! It seemed the master always had hot water. Neighborhood was nice and quiet, felt like a safe area. We all arrived at 3 hoping for an early check in, even though no one was there we were denied.

Great stay

We stayed at Shadowlawn for a long weekend while in town for a family wedding. The property was clean, had lots of spaces for everyone and the pool was a hit with the kids. I’d stay here again. Check in was easy and well communicated and check in was even ready early. Highly recommend staying here.

EVERYTHING for the perfect getaway!

Stayed here for 4 days for a girls trip, if 5 fifty-four year old women can be considered girls. The house is huge, clean, and full of amenities. We especially enjoyed the pool, the outdoor table with cover, the huge sofas that allowed for us to all sit together and laugh and talk in comfortable AC. The kitchen is fully stocked for heating up takeout or cooking a real meal. The place is so incredible you don’t want or need to leave. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. We hope to return again one day.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood

We loved this house. It was huge!! Technically, it's 4 bedrooms, but with another set of bunk beds off the master suite, this could be a 5-bedroom home. There were only 4 of us, so we had sooo much room, but I can see that this home would accommodate a much-larger party. The beds were very comfortable, which is important to me (having a bad back). The master-suite bed was quite firm, which I liked. But there were no dips or low spots in the mattress, which is amazing. The other beds were less firm, but all the beds were very comfortable. There are 2 full bathrooms and a half-bath, and the master-suite shower is luxurious. It's huge with unlimited hot water. The back yard and pool are amazing. The yard is fenced in, which is great for your pups. Also, the pool isn't ultra deep (maybe 5 feet at the deepest point). So, no diving. But this actually made me more comfortable with my young daughter spending so much time in the pool. There were also plenty of rafts/floats to lounge in the pool. And there were chairs and chaise lounges surrounding the pool. The kitchen is stocked well, and the whole house has amenities that I haven't found in other homes in which I've stayed. There were dishwasher pods, Dawn, tin foil, zip loc bags, extra batteries, and even spices. Even the bathrooms were loaded with hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There are two living areas, and the couches are sooo comfortable. Also, the entire place is decorated beautifully. 5 STARS!

Wonderful spot for a family

This home was even more spacious than the pictures portrayed. I was very impressed with all the room especially in the master suite with a huge walk in closet. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac which is great for families with small kids. We enjoyed the pool to cool off during the very hot July days. We also went on daily cruises in the golf cart either to the cute downtown area for shopping or dining (only a 10 minute cart ride) or just to watch the sunsets on the beach. The property manager was very responsive and friendly in all communications we had with him. Overall this was a fantastic place to stay and would highly recommend staying here.

Golf getaway!

This home was perfect for our stay and we plan to stay here next year! Location is perfect. So close to the water and downtown! Renting the golf cart is a must! We never dove our cars! The pool was so big! The screened porch was so nice to be away from the bugs when wanting to relax outside! The inside was so big. Two big living rooms, open kitchen that had everything we needed, huge dining room table, and roomy rooms! Have a bunk room attached to master was also a nice feature. The extra supplies were super nice to have! Golf cart wasn’t charging so we contacted the owner. Such a quick fix. Someone came out and fixed the issue within the hour of me reaching out. The best communication with the owner. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to stay here again!
