Two bedroom mid town with a pool and views!

Diamond Head 507 is the ideal vacation rental for a family or 2 couples. Great mid-town location, 80th Street ocean block, just steps to the beach. Enjoy the Ocean view and the bay from the balcony. WIFI provided by the owner. Bed sizes include 1 queen bed in bedroom one, and two double beds in bedroom 2 and a queen sleep sofa in the living area. Guest provides sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish.
Unit features full kitchen, washer, dryer, elevator, 2 parking spots, outdoor shower and outdoor pool. This unit rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any three nights in the off season.
Non smoking, Non-Vaping. No pets please.
Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

Great weeklong stay

We stayed as a family with our young kids and the easy beach access, pool, balcony and elevator were great. The apartment was clean, spacious and looked as listed. Mother’s Cantina and Fractured Prune within a block are highly recommended!

Condo was in a great location on beach with nice pool. However if you need two toilets to flush don’t stay there. The toilet in hall bathroom did not flash properly. If you need two showers don’t stay there. Master bath shower is just a trickle. Appliances are old but they do work but all are very noisy.

The price of unit was excellent and exactly as described. Went for a last minuted girls trip. Beach view great, kitchen well stocked, (could use a new coffee pot), furniture comfy but really used, place was very clean. Easy check in!

Carpet very dirty and stained AC was not working properly until I removed the white plastic trash bag from the blower fan bathroom shower tub do not drain due to being clogged with an excessive amount of hair.

Nice location

Pros: The apartment has all necessary for a place at the beach. You can watch the sunsets from the balcony. Close to restaurants and other point of interest for adults and kids. We were 2 adults and 2 kids and the space in the apartment was good. We were more at the beach but one day was very windy and I loved the convenience of having a pool. Cons: Carpet in the eating area is challenging. The bath tub next to the kitchen was not draining properly, but we were using more the other bathroom, however for two families this can be an inconvenience if not addressed.

Family vacation

The place was very nice, great location and had beautiful weather, no issues with check in or function of condo . On fifth floor so view was nice and had an elevator. Pool was clean and great for the kids. Only issues were that the unit could use a little updating and the shower in the master bedroom needs a better shower head, nothing major. Was able to get this last minute and I was very happy and would definitely stay there again.

Good view but very dirty

The place was very dirty especially the kitchen. Even the dishes were dirty . It also smelled musty . I cleaned it myself and bought air fresheners to help the place . The view was nice. I wouldn’t pay this much and stay here again .

Even though the decor is dated it was very clean and tidy.

We had a wonderful stay, the view from the balcony to the ocean and the bay was a bonus. If I could make any suggestions it would be to definitely have some updated cookware pots and pans in the rental and perhaps it's time for a new stove. We definitely enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this rental to friends and family.
