There is a queen bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed and a twin bed in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleep sofa in the den. It is equipped with a full kitchen with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, central air, 3 TV’s, 2 DVD players, and wifi. Limit of 8 people. Parking for 1 car. This property rents for full weeks from Saturday to Saturday. Sea Watch has a five-story covered parking garage with no assigned spaces. Handicapped spaces are on every floor closest to the elevator. Needs an update

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location, condo was very clean. Needs updates very badly. Showers are awful and very old, primary bath sink sprays water everywhere when turned on. Both toilets run every hour to loudly refill due to leak. Stove burners are hit and miss in heating ability. Overall it’s fine. Obnoxious lack of updating for the price of a rental.

Love the location , pool, access to the beach, My Pkace restaurant, Gold Coast Mall, Garage car sexurity. I love the room we stay in because of the recliner that o can sleep on! Master and guest room also spacious. Only suggestion, change kitchen table from round to rectangle. Otherwise love the unit!!
