The condo is beautiful and the location is perfect. Close to the boardwalk but just far enough to be peaceful. We would absolutely stay here again. We even saw a large fox and dolphins!The only downside was the cleaning prior to our arrival seemed non-existent or rushed at best. There were clothes from the previous renter left in drawers, including underwear, dishes still in the dishwasher, a blanket strewn across the bedroom floor, and the floors and counters were sticky/dirty. We also could not locate the parking passes but the property management quickly responded to our message.

The condo was amazing! Everyone was very impressed. We definitely will want to come back! The parking passes were missing when we got there, but Vrbo was very easy to get in contact with to help solve the issue. If you ever want to go on a great fishing trip, contact Monte Hawkins with Morning Star! He’s based out of the OC Fishing Center in West OC.

The condo was absolutely beautiful! It provided more than enough sleeping areas for my family. The convenience of the amenities was beyond description! The balcony with view of the bay provided us with amazing sunsets every night. As someone who has traveled around the country and in Europe, I've stayed in some great and not so great hotels, but this was, by far, the best location I've ever stayed! Well done! And thank you for sharing this beautiful place with me and my family!

Perfect location and great bay views!

Our family, ranging from 1 to 50, stayed here for the Oceans Calling music festival down at the inlet. The location was perfect. An easy 15 minute walk to all the boardwalk attractions but away from the busyness. The condo is so spacious and had everything we needed. Sitting on the deck overlooking the bay for coffee in the morning and for the sunsets was great!

Nice unit with good communication

A small debacle with not having clean linens for a few days, but there was a washer and dryer so we were able to wash the ones that were there. The communication was good and staff was very friendly. The unit is just as described and I would definitely recommend. Very quiet and an excellent view of the bay.

Gorgeous property and perfect for our family!

Property was perfect. Easy booking, great communication, everything was as described. Gorgeous condo, luxurious kitchen and bathroom, spacious patio over the bay with comfortable chairs, very clean, easy linen process, no issues. Easy to keep clean. Easy to get stroller up to condo with ramp and elevator. Perfect location- short walk to beach and boardwalk. So pretty, would love to stay again. The pool may seem small at first glance but was clean, perfect temperature, and more roomy than it appears. Also had some shade at times which was helpful.

Great location, however…

We stayed August 6-13, 2022 Building Pros- -beautiful location -parking was easy and plentiful Building Cons- - no luggage carts to haul you stuff up to the condo. Heads up- Bring your own hand cart or wagon. - other guests do not respect the “no smoking on property” signs, so sitting on the balcony smelling smoke wasn’t nice Unit pros- -wonderful big balcony which is great for relaxing and watching sunsets -TONS of kitchen cups and plates. Unit cons- -Comforter on master bedroom king bed weighs about 100 pounds. Thankfully we found another blanket and used that for the week. -If you’re planning on doing ANY cooking, bring ALL condiments with you. There wasn’t even salt and pepper. Some units you rent will have a little stash that the owner or other renters leave behind. -One smart tv in living room and wi fi wasn’t working until day 3 of vacation - 2 other bedroom tv’s that were not Wi-Fi compatible. And after much troubleshooting we discovered there was no cable. So no cable all week. So basically we thought we would have 3 tv’s and only had one. Rental agency contacted the owner multiple times and cable is being installed August 17th. All we wanted to do was watch the Nats and O’s play. Couldn’t watch on MASN local cable and it was blacked out on MLB app on the smart tv. (Insert angry emoji here!) More detailed feedback has been shared with Coastal Life Vacations directly. They have shared my feedback with the owner. Thank you Brad and Linda (from Coastal Life Vacations) for all your assistance this week. Highly recommend this building for vacation. It is 5 stories high, many condos, and the first floor units have balconies that walk out to small boardwalk. Also recommend reading reviews of this unit on all listing sites to gain a clear picture.
