Ocean Place is located on 145th Street, on the oceanfront. Unit 520 is situated on the North side of the building. Ocean Place is a well sought after building, as you’ll get to witness the sun-kissed waves in the morning as and gorgeous sunsets in the evening ! Ocean Place 520 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, ocean view condo on the 5th floor. This side unit boasts amazing panoramic views of the beach and the bay, featuring a large balcony which makes this lovely a vacation home. There is a full kitchen (New for 2025), central air conditioning, washer/dryer, 3 smart flat screen TV's, free WiFi, owner leaves beach chairs, misc beach toys, nets and hooks for crabbing, and parking for 2 cars. There is a queen bed in the main bedroom, 2 single beds in the second bedroom, and a full sized sleep sofa in the living room. 3The building has an elevator and a great outdoor pool. No pets. There is no smoking or vaping in the building or balcony. This regulation will be strictly enforced. Limit of 6 people.. Limit of 6 people. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrived late due to traffic. Century 21 was great with dropbox pickup. Room was great. Checkout was easy

The kitchen and living area, etc are as presented in the photos. The kitchen is lacking in some items like cooking pots, a pasta strainer, etc. The bedrooms & bathrooms could use some attention. They are not terrible, but not as updated as the front area. The bathrooms (shower/tub) were not clean & required attention before use. Definitely have stayed in better condos for the price. However, the location is excellent!

Check in with Century 21 was extremely easy and staff was very friendly. The condo was equipped with more than we expected in terms of paper products (tp, paper towels, napkins), kitchen towels and trash bags, laundry detergent / dryer sheets, etc. Even keys to open outside water faucets for easy rinse off. Very nice collection of beach chairs, umbrellas / canopy, and a few toys. Great location, very easy beach access, and quiet except for a few weekend hours when you can hear music from the nearby hotel, but that was done by approximately 10 pm. Check out was also easy as there is an electronic door lock that means no keys to return!
