This Property has a dishwasher, washer, dryer, and air conditioning. Panoramic view. Unit 1202 is located on the North facing side of the building. It is not a direct oceanfront view but has a very good partial view of the ocean and unobstructed panoramic view of the bay and the city lights looking North down the island. Amenities: Heated Outdoor Pool.

Location is Great, condo stocked with some essential spices for cooking… Pool was wonderful…Ocean was a bit rough that week , thus there was a big almost 2 foot drop to the water… Scene beautiful from balcony!! We were a bit disappointed to find that there is a 75 per car fee to park at the condo!!! Many other places DO NOT CHARGE!!! Free parking on street but difficult to find!!
