No parking in the grass, driveway parking only as there is ample space. Unfortunately no work vehicles can be parked in the driveway as there has been damage with heavy vehicles being parked in the driveway. Absolutely no smoking allowed in the house. Guests will be charged a fee of $500 if there is a smoke smell, stains, or debris found in the house. Absolutely no pets allowed inside or on the property.

Guests must be those listed on the reservation. The individual making the reservation MUST stay at the House. You may not book for another person.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Gather all used towels and place in laundry basket and leave in the laundry room. Turn all lights and tv’s off before leaving and ensure the AC is adjusted to 77 degrees.
Collect all trash inside the home and place in the large brown bin located in the garage. Ensure all doors and windows are locked and message host at least 30 minutes prior to leaving.
Ensure wine or other colored items do not damage the kitchen countertops. Clean the area thoroughly to avoid stains. Damage to fixtures will incur additional charges.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
