You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Family Friendly Farm House- 10 minutes from WEC

Home sits on about five acres. There are beds for up to nine to sleep. The kitchen is in the heart of the house and has doors that open into a screened in porch leading to the pool. The house is very quiet and is perfect for relaxing. Living room has a big sectional perfect for hanging out with the whole family. There is a 4 stall barn for those bringing horses (price will be according). Feel free to ask questions.

The barn apartment is also a rental so we ask house guest to not cross the fence if they see there are guest at the barn. The gates are to maintain each others privacy.

We do have Wi-Fi that’s on the spotty side , it’s the best we can get while we wait for the fiber optic to be placed in the area.

Location is in a very nice neighborhood. The house could use some TLC. The floors were nasty, but they would be nice if they were mopped. We didn't see a hot tub, which was listed. The pool water wasn't fit to swim in. The place has a worn out feel to it. The property manager is nice.

Great Weekend stay, Spacious & well equipped

It was just my husband and I for a quick visit to the World Equestrian Center. The home is very close probably 10 minutes away. The entrance to the driveway is a little tricky to see on first arrival, a nice, paved driveway. The property is Very peaceful and quiet. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances and utensils. Large refrigerator/freezer. Keurig and regular coffee pot, which was nice. Lots of seating at different tables, it would be great for large groups, inside and on the patio. Lots of towels and additional linens. The direct TV in the Great Room was good. The master bedroom had Roku, which we were not familiar, so we did not use it. Possible instructions would have helped us, but it was ok. The housekeeping staff were arriving as we were leaving. They were very nice.
