The village centre of Tiefenbach and the bus stop are approx. 200 m away, Oberstdorf is 7 km away. Garden and car parking spaces available. The house is an ideal starting point for numerous walking, hiking and cycling trails, climbing garden, cross-country ski trails, ski lift and ski school. Families with children are very welcome! Four-legged family members are also welcome.

The mountain village is situated 900 m above sea level and is 7 km from the centre of Oberstdorf. The climatic health resort was incorporated into Oberstdorf in 1972. Schlechte Nachtspeicherheizung

Die Wohnung ist an sich ordentlich und sauber hat aber leider eine nur schlecht funktionierende Nachtspeicherheizung. Die Heizung heizt nachts den Fußboden auf und tagsüber kühlt es sich langsam ab. Außerdem knallt die Heizung nachts laut, was aber angeblich vom Elektriker wieder repariert werden soll. Für die Wintersaison ist diese Wohnung absolut ungeeignet aber im Sommer sicher gut brauchbar.

Sehr große Wohnung mit Fussbodenheizung

Keine Gaststätten in erlaufbarer Umgebung vorhanden Dank Corona. Daher nächster Urlaub direkt in Oberstdorf, leider etwas teurer in Oberstdorf, aber ohne das Auto zu benutzen kleinere CO2 Fußstapfen ist auch gut. Sonst war die Wohnung perfekt zum Erholen.

Das Haus hat die besten Jahre wohl leider schon länger hinter sich. Der Flur unsauber, starker Nikotin Geruch im gesamten Haus. Die Wohnung war oberflächlich sauber.

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt im Allgäu

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung in der Nähe zu Oberstdorf hat uns sehr gut gefallen. In der Wohnung ist es sehr angenehm ruhig. Zu den touristischen Zielen ist es nicht weit. Die Ausstattung der FeWo ist vollkommen ausreichend un es ist ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Einzige Kritikpunkte sind die instabile Warmwassertemperatur der Duschwanne und teilweiser ein sehr instabile Internet-Verbindung. Wenn sie denn läuft ist die Geschwindigkeit vollkommen okay.
