The personal very attentive to all your needs has a great Argentine restaurant and in both sides of the restaurant have excellent places for breakfast. Oaxaca has a lot to offer and if you feel like going places right at the door is a travel agency with very affordable prices and great service

Didnt like this place at all. Stayed at 3 other amazing hotels. Fresh paint to make it appear renovated. Cheap quality modern design. I’m blonde and black hairs on bed. Only garbage is a rusted flip top beside the toilet with a stuck lid so prop it open or get your hands messy amongst your used toilet paper waste. Sewer smell. No hot water. Toilet lid rests on your back. The continuous motion activated ding dong entrance bell drove me

Very friendly and helpful staff, specially the lady behind the front desk… We actually came early morning thinking on leaving our luggage to go have breakfast planning on making time for the room to be ready but they actually gave us the courtesy to checking in as soon as we arrived to the hotel ( 10:00 am ) that for us was very nice specially after 6 hours flitting. The hotel is suffering from significant maintenance issues. We struggled with the plumbing throughout our visit: it took a very long time to get hot water in the shower, and the sink never got warm at all. More importantly, our toilet was leaking. When we reported it, the attempted fix was to shut off the water pipe entirely, leaving us unable to flush. Because the leak persisted, we had to move to a different room in the middle of the night. The hotel needs a serious overhaul—from replacing oxidized trash bins and rotten wood under the sinks to fixing basic plumbing. Until these repairs are made, it’s hard to recommend a stay here.

It was close enough to everything but far enough to get some quiet sleep. The hotel is better in person than the pictures. Everything was clean daily. Would go back anytime stayed for 6 nights very reasonable

Excellent location and service, easy to find the hotel and it’s actually top value for money. A special mention to Alma the manager, she is outstanding and very helpful. All the staff are very friendly. I would recommend this hotel for the stay in Oaxaca. I booked 3 nights and stayed 9.
