Recientemente renovado para 2018 !! Hemos agregado una nueva tabla de cubierta de trekking en el porche y la terraza, todos los muebles y colchones nuevos, electrodomésticos, ventanas y puertas nuevas y pintura completa para refrescar esta clásica cabaña frente al mar.

No vas a acercarte más a la playa. Acceso directo al mar desde el patio cercado. Magníficas vistas del atardecer en la terraza o en el gran porche cubierto. Sienta la brisa y relájese en las 4 mecedoras, descanse y broncee en su terraza privada, disfrute de una cena al aire libre en la mesa de picnic. Dé un paseo de 5 minutos a los restaurantes, tiendas o supermercados.

El comedor tiene capacidad para 6 o usa los taburetes de la barra alrededor de la cocina totalmente equipada. Nuevo refrigerador con máquina de hielo doble y muchos gabinetes y servicios públicos. Los 2 dormitorios frontales tienen puertas corredizas de vidrio que se abren a vistas frontales al océano. Las 3 habitaciones tienen televisores de alta definición,. La habitación de los niños tiene 2 literas con lavadora y secadora grandes.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. The location is was perfect, and having the fenced yard was a tremendous bonus! The house is a cozy beach cottage and very well appointed. The beds were comfortable and while the bathrooms were tiny, they were clean and best of all, excellent water pressure, which is a bonus after a day at the beach. There is also an outdoor shower! There is some beach equipment such as chairs, an E-Z Up, and boogie boards, as well as 2 kayaks. There is an empty lot on one side, and a few empty lots on the other, and the privacy was nice! Unfortunately there was a home being built on one of the empty lots, so our days were punctuated by nail guns and heavy equipment nois. This did not, however, detract from our good time as we tried to find things to do away from the house during the day. The host was prompt in replying to a piece of furniture we found broken, and all instructions about check-out were clear. We really appreciated the fly traps to hang indoors and on the porch as it was a bit buggy, which is to be expected at the beach. The house has central air conditioning, and there is also a window unit in the king bedroom for a bit of extra coolness at night. Appliances were modern and the kitchen was well equipped. We were so excited to arrive that we drove past the house the first time. Rather than looking at the address at we got closer, I was looking for the adorable mint-green house. It's now a bright royal blue, just so you know! Lovely.

We had a wonderful stay at The Boyz of Summer. The house is a classic beach cottage that has been refurbished. Brought me back to the beach vacations of my youth, except with air conditioning! The beds were comfortable, towels and linens provided. Great water pressure in the showers, plenty of hot water for our party of 6. Filtered water through the refrigerator tasted great and it provided plenty of ice. Best part was the fenced in yard for the dog and the easy side access to the beach, making it just steps to the ocean. We thoroughly enjoyed the front deck overlooking the dune, where we could enjoy the ocean sounds from shaded bliss. We loved our say at this property and would definitely stay here again on a future visit.

Great house, plenty of room for us and our family that came into town. Kitchen was perfect for preparing big meals and nice big dining area to eat as a family. Best water pressure HANDS DOWN, on OKI! Great beach access, and the kids loved the hammocks hanging downstairs. The back porch was PERFECT for hanging out in the evening, and the layout deck was great for star gazing at night!

Cozy beach house with a killer view

We enjoyed staying at "The Boys of Summer" beach house. The location can't be beat. It's steps from the beach, close to grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. We enjoyed visiting the local lighthouse and nearby town of Southport too. The house was comfortable and perfect for our first family vacation with our dog. If you're looking to relax and just enjoy the beach this rental is worth checking out.

Wonderful Vacation Home

The house was wonderful for our stay and the fenced in yard was perfect for our pups! The house was clean and stocked for our needs and the AC worked great. The renovated showers were excellent after a day of soaking in the sun at the beach. Beach access was an ease and the rocking chairs made the sunrises and sunsets very enjoyable. Mike and Chris were very responsive - we look forward to our next stay!

Wonderful Location - Steps from the beach

We took a short trip for spring break with 2 teenagers and had a blast. Every day spent on the beach. This house is steps away from the sand. Very cute house, comfortable beds and stocked with all the towels and linens needed! Can’t wait for the next trip!

Relaxing week

Perfect getaway

The Boys of Summer was the perfect place for our vacation with friends. The fenced in yard was great for the furbaby. Can’t beat being right on the beach with the most gorgeous sunsets! Family get away

This was a perfect location for a family get away. We had easy access to the beach, a beautiful view and plenty of room for everyone to relax. My favorite moments were coffee at sunrise on the porch, even in December.

Exactly what we needed for a getaway

Great stay at The Boys if Summer, even though summer is unfortunately long gone. Plenty of room in the house, comfortable bed and couch in the living room. Also very nice to see a place that has an actual large screen tv instead of a little tv in a corner. Yes I know it’s the beach but there are still some rainy cooler days where it’s nice to have it available.Yard was perfect sized for our four legged companion to be able to go out for nature calls. The two tiered deck was a nice feature with the deck chairs out in the full sun or having the option to sit under the covered portion.We would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a great location right on the beach and convenient to stores and shops without having other houses right on top of you.
