The room had bed bugs. One of the drawers was missing out of the dresser. The remote was filthy…crust and dirt all over the remote. A hole is in the front door. There is approximately a 2 inch opening under the door….cold air flowing freely under the door.

The parking was easy, the service was welcoming. Only the room who was very cold no heat inside, the curtains were dirty. The tv was not working the bathroom was dirty. That was just bad.

I paid for superior room non smoking, but when I went to the room, it was a dirty one and smoking, carpet never got shampoo or replaced. Was my worst experience in a motel. I don't want that room not even for $10 the night. The staff didn't want to help me.

Absolutely disgusting did not even stay the full length and they are refusing a refund after roaches were found and they are refusing to answer the phones as well not professional at all
