Good with bad.

The Hotel itself was fine, reception was friendly and fast, rooms were clean and comfortable for the most part, apart from some questionable stains on the curtains. The downside is that a homeless camp has taken over the vacant property next door which is an eyesore and on Sunday morning we were woken by people yelling at each other for at least an hour. This was annoying because the advertised AC was not working so we had to have the window open to try to maintain a livable temperature in the room. The area is not very friendly but it is a short walk from the aldstadt and Ubahn so leaving is convenient.

The breakfast staff and food quality/variety was good. Room was small but mostly clean. We chose this hotel based on a previous Hotel Leonardo stay, but should have researched more. While the hotel itself is small but nice, staff is friendly, the area around has many boarded up buildings, shady looking motels, a derelict building with squatters is directly beside the hotel. Not the hotel's fault, but not being familiar with the area didn't feel comfortable going out after dark, especially since traveling with family.

Great location, clean and friendly staff

Arrived at the hotel around Midnight, pleasant greeting and given room info quickly. On the notes I requested a travel cot which was not provided, receptionist couldn’t do anything until the morning so headed to our room and unpacked. After unpacking we had a call from reception offering us a different room as it was a king bed so there was more room for the 3 of us. When we went to this room there was also a travel cot. Not sure if we were given wrong room initially or just pot luck there was a cot in this one. Both rooms were clean, and the second room was so spacious, our little one loved being able to crawl around the room. Initially thought the location was a little far away, but the old town was a 10 minute walk, and closest underground station a mere 5 minutes, and tram was even closer. So it turned out the location was great for us.

Hotel is located within walking distance to the old town. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful pointing out helpful information. What I didn't liked is that our room had the view from the window of an old abandoned and ruined building. Also, very small bathroom.

Nice, clean, and convenient

Hotel was quite nice. Rooms very clean. We did not have a car but walked everywhere. Convenient to Plarrer station. Breakfast was excellent. Staff spoke English and were very helpful giving directions and so on. The area in which the hotel is located is not as nice as some, but we had no problems walking all over the place. Only five minutes to the old town.
