The Space:

Soft coastal air greets you as you step into this waterfront condo, carrying the quiet rhythm of the waves and the easy pace of days by the shore. Morning light filters onto your private patio or balcony while you take in the garden view before heading out for beach access just moments away. With space for a group of up to 10, the home offers room to settle in, rest well, and enjoy the seaside setting throughout your stay.



Sleeping arrangements

Five bedrooms and eight beds provide space for everyone, along with five baths that help keep routines simple. Room-darkening shades, cotton linens, and clothing storage support restful nights, and a paid crib is available if needed.



Outdoor living

Waterfront surroundings make it easy to spend unhurried time near the coast. On property, you will find an outdoor pool and a shared sauna, along with free resort access to nearby facilities. The private patio or balcony offers outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area where you can take in the open air. Bikes are available when you want to explore the area on two wheels.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is equipped for preparing your own meals, with space for cooking and a dining table for gathering at mealtimes. A refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, drip coffee maker, wine glasses, and a blender are provided for everyday convenience. Barbecue utensils are available, and a grill can be reserved in advance.



Comfort and essentials

Central air conditioning, a split type ductless system, and ceiling fans help maintain a comfortable indoor environment. Bathroom essentials are provided, and the in-unit washer and free dryer make longer stays easy to manage. Wifi and a TV offer options for downtime, while the elevator provides access to the 10th-floor unit. Free parking garage access is included for one vehicle.



Services and access

Self check-in is supported, and building staff are available 24 hours a day to assist with entry. Long term stays are welcome for 28 days or more. Guests enter through the building lobby, and a private entrance provides access from the street or building entry.



Guest Access:

According to the general condominium regulations, only reservations of a minimum of 5 nights are accepted.

However, for us it is important that you can still find us as an option in the platform filters, even if your interest is for a shorter stay.

In case you would like to complement your booking to reach the 5-night minimum, we will be glad to offer you the best rate in order to comply with the condominium requirements.



Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



-Please note that once you have initiated your reservation, according to the condominium regulations, no modifications to the access letters will be allowed. Therefore, we ask you to consider all guests from the beginning.



-Check In is done from the lobby of the condominium.

Before your arrival we will send you your letter of access, rules and necessary information for your stay.



-Check In: 3:00 p.m.

The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



-Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm.



-The easiest access is by car; parking is free and you can park in the assigned space that corresponds to your apartment.



-Parking is under availability in general space, there are no numbered spaces for the apartments, only 1 space will be assigned per accommodation.



-The apartment is located on floor no._10_ of phase no._1_, so guests access it by elevator.

Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car or you can use the Uber platform to get around the area and visit restaurants, stores and other attractions in the area. For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.



There parking has no fee and you can use the assigned space for your apartment.

This apartment has only one parking space.

Please notice that is not allowed for any visitors and/or friends to park in the complex.



Other Things to Note:

The maximum capacity of the unit includes adults, children and babies, since the condominium rules and regulations, all count equally, even babies. The platform as such, does not charge for babies under 2 years old and does not include them in the total capacity. Please take this into account when counting guests to avoid misunderstandings when arriving at the condominium and not being allowed to enter the unit.



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates from 1 to 8 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost, of approximately 30 * dlls per person per night.

-Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning service or washing or change of linens during your stay.







-The kitchen is also equipped with the basic kitchen utensils: plates, glasses, cups and cutlery. You will also find kitchen appliances such as coffee maker, microwave, toaster, etc.





-Electricity consumption:

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total kw that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.



-Each excess kW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

-The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.





-IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.
